Err... it's Summer Glau and some dude I don't recognize. So, The 4400?
You don't recognize Jeffrey Combs? That's a shame. He's been in so much scifi...
But yes, 4400 is correct.

Fine. Enough with subtlety.

Oops, I had no idea the voting deadline was yesterday. But I would have just ruined all the ties.

Mm, yes cream. I do what I can. It is good to hear it was of help to you. I wish you luck.

Congratulations on finishing. Hopefully someone will be able to help you with proofreading. I should be getting back to work on my game Monday.

If I understand what you want correctly, can't you just add a section to your background image that's 50 pixels high?
I tested it with the Tumbleweed Template and it works for me. Unless you're wanting something different than I understood.

Maybe this will help a little more.

A drink? Well, I suppose just one won't hurt...

If I got a map, most likely Liza put it up for me. Or is her name Mary? Maybe Penelope. No matter, I'm sure she put it up for me. Oh, speaking of names, I don't believe we've been formerly, err formally introduced. I am Dr. Gerald Killmurray, PHD.

Map? Was I supposed to bring a map? I have a collection of maps in a drawer at home. One from every city I've visited, you know. 3 from Boston alone. I don't suppose there are any Boston Creme pies for dessert, are there?

Excuse me, is this the Lancastor Manor? The cab driver assured me it's the right address. I don't believe I've been here before, so I can't be entirely sure...

Congratulations on finishing. Good luck catching bugs.

It's a shame no one else is even posting. This theme has so much possibility. Maybe at least one person is silently working on a game and biding their time.

Okay, I finished a play through of the game.
Spoiler

I had trouble taking things too seriously when the protagonist waddled like a penguin. Otherwise it was a well made game. Good luck in the Jam.

Congratulations on being the 2nd (3rd if you count the one that was removed) person to complete a game for the jam. I'll give it a try soon.

Nope. This isn't one of Joss Whedon's babies.

Finally something(someone) I recognize.
I've never seen it, but since Brittany Murphy was in it, I'm guessing 8 Mile.

Been too long since I watched Angel to have an opinion on Fred vs Illyria. Once Upon a Time is the last thing I saw Amy Acker in...

This is vaguely related to Angel. At least that some episodes featured an actress who was in an episode of Angel...

I will try to come up with a good theme for MAGS October.

And I will probably join you again in another MAGS. I'm thinking of doing the whole "Tales from The Outer Zone" series in various MAGS.
Creating a game in this "spontaneous" way is a great tool. And I like that I don't know the story/theme before designing the games.
But I am unsure if it's ok to continue a series in a game jam.. even though my chapters will be very different from eachother, they still exist
in the same world.. Do you have a rule against that? I totally respect it if you do :)

Good luck with coming up with a theme. Hopefully it'll be something that lends itself well to Halloween themed games.

Unless there's a specific rule about it in a given month, I'm pretty sure using previous characters and such is okay. And since the rule has been added for the last few months that you can use any pre-made assets, you could technically do another story using everything you used to make the last game.
