Foz I agree that Flashbax got so many downloads mainly because of two things:
1. The argument
2. The sex rating
I too am keen on many downloads and stuff, but Id never put some sex scenes just for "the downloads"(in commercial aspect, "the sales"). The download number of the game does not equal its quality - a superb game like Grr! Bearly sane has been downloaded only 175 times, for example.

Sorry Goldmund, A game like GayLula3D probably also required a lot of effort. I really disliked the "scene". Hence my nomination. If this category has been described as "worst game", I wouldn't have voted Flashbax, but to me is the least inspiring game I've played. IMO.
Edit: I would have voted for it even if the creator was CJ himself.

Of the above... only plot twists. Maybe a bit of humour too, but not too much. Puzzles often get in the way of a story in my opinion.

It has already been done in a 2d game, in Shadow of the Comet. Anyway, I'd prefer a mouse orientated interface.

It would really help if you played GK3...

I'd like to hear anyone tell me a game with deeper plot, or more intuitive interface. The music is really IMO, and the graphics are rather average, but this game is the most immersive one I have played (and I have played quite a few). Oh, and three more words: Le Serpent Rogue.

Gabriel Knight III: Blood of the sacred, Blood of the damned. No doubt about it - the deepest plot, the best soundtrack, the best interface.

It could be solved both ways, SSH. By the way, by playing with no sound you are missing a great soundtrack...
