I have reinstalled WinXP twice, but the bug remains.

I've known this bug for quite a while, and it isn't fixed in v2.55 RC1 either.
When you click on the test game button, the editor saves your game and then starts your game. But the first time the game is not responding, so that you have to close it and click the "test game" button again.

There must be a misunderstanding. Didn't the parallax scrolling plugin only did the sprite not to scroll? Or was that an earlier version?

No, when you add the object, there would be a "Scrolling speed" button, which    would differ from 0% to 200%.

Why don't you add parralex scrolling, Chris? It'll help us to make "cooler" rooms with scrolling object at different pace. I know that there's a plugin, but that doesn't make objects scroll at different speed. That just makes the object not to scroll.

Mention it. In the credits, I mean. Otherwise, dont mention it.

In the effect browser in PSP, search for sunburst.

This looks as great as your other games. I think you should make a timeline with the release dates of all your games.

Actually, it's good, but there are several things that meet the eye.
1) The perspective is not that good. It seems like a camera in a mall. If you would like to use this perspective, you'll have to draw another view of your main character.
2) The floor shading. I thing you did it wrong, The windows are on the other side of the room. The blank space on the right. Try a fridge, an oven, a microwave, table or something.
3)The opened door on the left seems a bit weird.
4)The kitchen cabinet shading seems weird. Try solid color.
