Congrats to all who participated, I played all 3 games and was most impressed. I could not vote for a winner, because a fag paper (showing my age now) separated them, and depending on the mood of the day any of the 3 could be my favorites.  However I would like to plea to Captain D and Kastchey to develop their world more. It is engrossing and so expandable - there is a saga here.

I love this game because it's "old school" adventure gaming, and the same rules apply to this and every game: Look at everything, open everything, talk to everyone, pick up everything that isn't nailed down. If you follow that you'll only die about 50 times I died about 206 times, but only because I forgot the rules. I hope you're enjoying it, takes me back to the Sierra days. You've just got to love Roger - he is, as we say in my country, a shit magnet.

Have a good look at the plants. They live in rocky environments where there are no sandworms. (hint, hint)

Congrats on the release. I echo the sentiments of Heltonjon and Cat. This game rocks! It needs to be added to the database as a separate entity so that on the "games" page it appears under "most recent games" and is therefore more visible thus more downloads, more happy players, more votes for the best game of 2022 - form a queue behind me voters. Thanks to you for the game. I like the term "undocumented feature" because I find "bug" is such an ugly word - and it has its history in Bell laboratories when a real bug caused a mainframe crash! When I went to a "mittens" just down the street from where I live, the wonderful and talented AGSers there informed me that the AGS engine did not port code between versions very well. In other words use the same version for all parts of the game

A unified game would be great to see, you are very talented and creative - I wish you the very best.

Go into the bedroom and read the notes on the wall. One of them gives the name of a book. Find that book in the library - the rest is up to you.

You need to fish the item out of the barrel. What do you need to fish?

A rod and a hook! Have a good look around the flower bed for one, and interact with a photo for the other. Use what you find in the barrel on the full fuel drums. The hip flask is used later.

Yes, chapter 2 is interesting. I like the way in which you MUST look at areas before a hotspot is revealed. I wonder if more developers could use that idea? The puzzles were damned difficult in the nicest way. When you see a puzzle and wonder "Now what is it I'm looking at, and what does any interaction accomplish?" Finally you conclude the desired outcome and take actions to do it. Certainly its "thinking outside the box"! A very good game.

Between this game and "The Will" I wonder if there is some AGSer out there giving lessons on how to make diabolically hard puzzles?

It's not a pixel hunt. On the rooftop there are two boxes. Something is lying on one of them and it can be seen in plain view.

Re: the wording. Given that no tentacle kissed the same tentacle twice, how many kisses in total took place?

That's not the only confusing wording. I've been pulling my hair out over box 6 because the clue is "Enter the word OR, guess what, the opposite." The solution is ONLY the opposite, so the use of "or" is misleading. Otherwise a great game.

Keep us informed on how you go with box 6, because I am clueless here, I agree with your assessment of the puzzle - but I have absolutely no friggin' idea of how to proceed, and I've tried most substitutions of the 5 cards presented, and looked at the German version but to no avail. I'd like to set Amir a maths puzzle where the answer is expressed in ASCII text hexes. Aww, he'd probably get it. 

Yes it is poorly worded, The question is really "How many kisses in total were there?", given that each tentacle kissed all the others just once (no repeats).

I am still struggling with box 6, alas.

The purple tentacle has green suction cups, while the green tentacle's are yellow and need to be painted green so you can use them.  The green hair dye was the middle one in the desk drawer, so if you picked them up sequentially it's the middle one in inventory. Use that one. 

The actual puzzle requires no colour reference.

Your maths is correct, but there are 2 numbers in every display i.e. 99 etc.

Thanks Heltonjohn for the vague hints - I got a little further, box 6 still eludes me. Back to the crossword dictionary to find 5 letter antonyms!

I've been waiting for someone else to admit they are stumped by some of these puzzles, which are very good indeed. I can't for the life of me work out boxes 2, 6, and 10. I can see what is required, I can see the nature of the puzzles, but understanding the clues is another thing. Box 2 - what the hell am I looking at? A brown rectangle coloured off-white inside. Box 6, obviously the card suits modify the value but I can rule out multiplication or addition. Box 10 is an apple product which I have never, and will never, use because I hate apple almost as much as I hate Disney Inc. Can someone give me a hint please?

Stuck in this brilliant game. I downloaded the demo, played it and got hooked so I bought the game version 1.01, then got the free upgrade to 1.1 - well worth it - and replayed the whole re-vamped scenes. I cannot for the life of me find the fourth secret in the Communion Park. I have all available weapons and have

opened the well, found the secret compartment in the hut, spoken to Rita and activated the two mechanisms to expose the goodies at the back of the hut. 3/4.
