Is there any way to end the game? Besides the player quitting i mean

I am new toAGS and find the GUI editor baffling. 
I was wondering if someone could post something about making a GUI similar to Monkey Island or Full Throttle. Also I seem to be having a problem with dialogs. Whenever i have more than 1 choice to choose from the other choices are cut off at the bottom of the screen. Is there any way to change the way dialog choices appear? Thanks
