I assume you can see the snail trail,(talk to creature) you can follow this 'line maze' to 'your' locker, or just try and find the other end of it.

The pieces will lock into place, so you cannot pick them up, once they are correctly positioned, try moving the pieces a little bit until they lock in position, there is a line already on the card for the base cards to sit on.

p.s. I found a bug in this to day where by if you get a piece stuck under a locked piece, so you cannot see any of it, it will effectivly be impossible to complete, but if you can still see all the pieces you should just be able to shuffle them about a bit to complete the puzzle.

Snail puzzle

When you look at the top left leaf, you get a different message, to the other leafs. You need to find which leaf after the top left one is the next in the chain. You will have to start again with the top left leaf each time you lose the chain. It doesn't take long to find the sequence of 6 leaves.

Snail Door

There are 6 areas on the door poster, the snail is short sighted so has to walk onto each area to read the whole poster. There is a different 'Ah','Oh',"Arr' message for each area so that you know you are progressing.

You can put the egg in the sand near the cave entrance. Then you will need to go round to the top of the cliff and throw the stone(flint/wedge thing) onto the egg.

Aye indeed you have found a bug, I've fixed and updated the download, but I suggest for compatibility reasons you keep with your current version, unless you want to play through again, and don't get eaten by the Spongoids(green monsters) or it will crash again.

Best way to see how someones done something e.g. hidden text is to click the 'reply with quote' and look at how they did it,. to hide text its [ h i d e ] MESSAGE [ / h i d e ],
but without the spaces.

Really this is more fun than writing the game, infact I'm trying to have a break from programming, It's very intresting to see which bits catch people out.

Principles of leverage apply here, the branch will break only if the vulture lands on the end of it, not the middle, so target the porridge throw at the extreme left end of the branch.

Have you not got the Vulture to break the branch(tree) yet ? I get confused who has done what. You need to throw porridge at left end of branch then go to mountain top,scare Vulture, come back to branch(tree) watch cutscene, get pole then, get hat.

My guess is you are missing the piece which is to the LEFT of the snails start position.

Have you got the plank from cave, if so you can get back to the farm yard and use that long stick to get the hat. Sunshades will look after themselves.

The yellow squares screen is not important, it's just a sort of screen to show you which tarot cards you have collected so far, there are 22 in total.

Cross the plank and leave Emily on the other side(the side she starts on). Then walk along the path up the screen and round to the left so you enter the cave entrance screen on the right handside of the river. If this fails to trigger cutscene then you do have a bug.

You shouldn;'t need to do any renameing on the new version this has been fixed.

To the left of the puzzle room is a large statue, use the LOOK on the purple part of the screen. When the screen scrolls up there is the solution to the puzzle along the top of the statues head.You might need to do this a few times before you can write down the answer. Once you have the answer its quite easy to mess around with the puzzle stones to complete the puzzle.
