Rambo had an Adventure Game?:o
Quote from: Ascovel on Sat 28/01/2012 23:08:37That's because I haven't a proper image of both Teenagent & Ripper :'(
For example I didn't see anywhere everybody's favorite Teenagent:
I think you also missed the only adventure game starring Christopher Walken.
Quote from: Ascovel on Sat 28/01/2012 22:02:48I'm sure I missed several. From some of them I couldn't find any usable box cover art.
But you missed out quite a few too. Including some of my favorites
EDIT: I'm pretty sure Larry 7 came out in 1997. Elk Moon Murder in 1996.
Quote from: Ghost on Fri 27/01/2012 04:32:23Like deamons in the attick, whoooooohh!!!
Allow me: BY READING THIS you have a ghostly experience.
Quote from: Ascovel on Thu 26/01/2012 12:33:56I'm missing some of them indeed, thanx.
There's a few more Indiana Jones games that I remember - mostly demos.
There is the IndyJava demo for one - created to show off the adventure games making tool, but pretty cool nevertheless.
Does Shadows of the Empire qualify?
Quote from: cat on Thu 26/01/2012 12:42:16Thanx, I'll add them later.
You are missing quite a lot Indiana Jones fangames from the database:
http://www.adventuregamestudio.co.uk/games.php?action=detail&id=983 completed, quite funny actually
http://www.adventuregamestudio.co.uk/games.php?action=detail&id=721 I think this is dead
http://www.adventuregamestudio.co.uk/games.php?action=detail&id=1150
http://www.adventuregamestudio.co.uk/games.php?action=detail&id=119 not sure if it's really a fangame
Edit: In the FoY forum there is a board for fangames, you might want to check it out: http://www.miez.nl/yabbse/index.php?PHPSESSID=88a6c76106505bac21dd6787702f6e4b&board=24.0
Quote from: Radiant on Thu 26/01/2012 11:10:51I do as far as possible. Added the version numbers, thanx.
Since you're keeping track of version numbers: ATOTK is v1.3, and Yrolg is at v1.7.
Quote from: Radiant on Thu 26/01/2012 11:10:51Woops, that's a mistake I made, I know it's a full version... Thanx for pointing out though. Fixed.
Also, Hero of Infamous Kingdoms was never canceled. What you can download is the complete game, and is intended as such. Yeah, we said it was going to be bigger, but that was an april fools joke.
Quote from: Radiant on Thu 26/01/2012 11:10:51I know about the ZZT king's quests but I haven't had the time to look into these games.
There's apparently also a King's Quest ZZT and a sequel thereof, as well as KQV the text adventure.
Quote from: Radiant on Thu 26/01/2012 11:10:51Added SQXII, thanx.
And then there's Space Quest XII, and although I can't find them at the moment, there's at least a dozen other SQ spinoffs and demos, such as Pinkun Maze Challenge and SQ2EYE.
Quote from: monkey_05_06 on Thu 26/01/2012 10:29:07A lot of them do fit the category, so thanx for the link Monkey :-)
Most of the games listed there fit the category of fan games, so that's why I posted the link.
Quote from: Ascovel on Thu 26/01/2012 10:43:21I know them but I'm still not sure if I'd place them as one or all of them separately...
@Arj0n Did you include the couple hundred games from the Maniac Mansion Mania fan series?
http://www.maniac-mansion-mania.com/index.php/en/
Quote from: Radiant on Wed 25/01/2012 22:48:36Will have a look at it.
There's at least three more LOOM sequel wannabes.
Quote from: pcj on Thu 26/01/2012 00:01:41Will add them both. I should have know about SQ -1 "Decisions of the Elders", I've betatested it...
You're missing SQ7.org, canceled original fangame, using their own engine.
And SQ -1 "Decisions of the Elders", completed original fangame using AGS.
And I'm not sure where you got "Subspace Alliance" for Space Quest:Incinerations, it was Box of Mystery (run by Chris Ushko), same as MI-2.
Quote from: Ghost on Thu 26/01/2012 01:36:47There are many fangames indeed, but a total listing was nowhere to be found :-)
It does me ole heart a lot of good to see so many fangames... I'm curious about so many of them... Thanks for putting it up!
Quote from: Nightfable on Thu 26/01/2012 02:44:54I was already looking for this one yesterday evening.
Me and Agentbauer (Westend Studios) are also making a King's Quest IV remake. We're currently working on the demo.
Here's our website: http://www.kq4remake.com
Quote from: monkey_05_06 on Thu 26/01/2012 03:20:49No, only some of them are on the list. But some the games from that site are not related at all, will have a look.
I'm not sure, but are all of these on there?
Quote from: cat on Thu 26/01/2012 08:23:53ave a look. Thanx.
I think you are missing Return of the Tentacle http://www.dott2.org/. The project is still alive, although it seems that everytime someone in the team changes they start all over again
Quote from: MMMorshew on Tue 24/01/2012 18:41:24Added, thanx.
I remember enjoying these ones a lot:
Monkey Island: The Devils Triangle

Quote from: Babar on Wed 25/01/2012 18:53:17
Night of the Hermit?
Also....Chicky's Herman Toothrot's Monkey Island?
Quote from: cat on Wed 25/01/2012 17:22:27Thanx Cat, yes I also include these canceled ones.
Just found this: http://www.adventuregamestudio.co.uk/yabb/index.php?topic=37893 not sure if you want such obviously cancelled games too...
Quote from: Sslaxx on Wed 25/01/2012 15:33:31Quote from: »Arj0n« on Wed 25/01/2012 15:28:39Got it! Thanks for the link to it. My word, what version of AGS is it using? Wonder how much DrSlash knows of this one, seeing as it's Russian.Quote from: Sslaxx on Wed 25/01/2012 15:27:05Quote from: »Arj0n« on Wed 25/01/2012 15:23:03See the IA one and the AGDI one... but not that one.Quote from: Sslaxx on Wed 25/01/2012 15:13:11It's on the list, with a download-link for the demo
Wouldn't mind seeing the Kippesoep SQII demo.
My bad, I placed it under King's Quest, fixed now...
Here's the link anyway Space Quest 2 VGA Demo by Kippesoep
