Thanx, I think I used the wrong 'Transparant colour' option when importing the sprite.

#1624
How can I change the clickable object of a diagonal object (like a stick) so that only the diagonal stick itself is clickable and not the other transparant areas of the sprite?

Chapter 2, yes!

Good luck on this one.
And once it's in beta, you know where to find me  ;)

the .trs file being changed is for proof-reading matters.
Being changed as in only changing the original lines (not using the empty lines) or changed as in only using (filling) (some of) the empty lines?

...if I ought to proceed and create a second chapter...
Since I've seen more of this (beta-testing): yes, you should make a second chapter after this one  ;)
Love the SCI art.

Modern Moriarty sucks. He looks like crazed, overworked, spoilt-kid stock broker and not the evil genius.
That was also my only "complain" of this awesome serie...

'Laura Bow 3: The Manhattan Murders' & 'Laura Bow: The Colonel's Bequest Resurrection' have both been canceled.

Are you keeping track of who's doing remakes or fangames of Sierra classics? If so, do you please have a list somewhere?
Yes I do. Though I have to update it a bit first before sending you that list. Will send it soon.

'Laura Bow 3: The Manhattan Murders' & 'Laura Bow: The Colonel's Bequest Resurrection' have both been canceled.

So, until there's a new one you might want to (re)play Gamecourier' Laura Bow in: The Road to Murder, a 2005 AGS game. Also downloadable from the AGS Archives.

I've completed the game but am missing two points; any idea what optional thing I may have missed?

Is there any point to

the hamburger?

Spoiler
if you just guessed the code for the force field then that might the two missing points

Edit: it was already posted, sorry.

Alien kissing you?  It's not much of a puzzle, you just have to ruuuun (make it to the elevator before it gets you).
Aha, that's it, just be very very quick.
I tried it before but between switch from use to walk and run it got me already so I thought it must be a puzzle.
Just wasn't quick enough I guess.  ;)

Just founded the code for L5 myself
Spoiler
so maybe the tree where the hammock is been attached to is the 'written down' hint?[/hint]

Darn, for quite a while I thought that you can only choose one code per vertical line. Which is not... *slap head*

Spoiler
Since the passcode is all fruit and you're surrounded by monkeys, take a good guess (it's also apparently written down somewhere in the room with the hammock, but I never found it)

As far as where to go next, have you gotten past the level 1 security?

I suspect
Spoiler
there's a clue hidden in the posters comments, but I don't see it...

Haven't succeeded
Spoiler
in passing the level 1 security yet

How do I kill the plant monster? truly frustrating me.
1. You have to
Spoiler
combine 2 items
[close]
2. Which are:
Spoiler
something from the ship and something that is death
[close]
3. The 1st item
Spoiler
from the ship can be obtained at the crash-scene
[close]
4. The 2nd item
Spoiler
can be found in the same screen, but after you paid a visit at the shrooms (don't stand to close)
[close]
5. After
Spoiler
combining these 2 items you got yourself a sort-off-bomb. Place it on the vine right in front of you (the vine that will kill you if you step on it) and it will grab it and the plant will eat it. /hide]
6. Bye bye plant.
