I noticed something strange:
In part 5 - Wildfire:
* They all drove away from the camping site.
* Then Dale’s Winnebago got trouble, the hose broke down again so they couldn't drive on.
* They discuss to drive with a car to the nearest gas station or something to see what they can find to fix it.
* They actually do not go to that gas station [or I have missed something] and I didn't see them fix anything cause
there was no duct tape anymore
* They decide to leave the zombie-to-be-guy who has been bitten along the road as he asked them to do.
* Next thing: they all drive. Also Dale’s Winnebago which has the broken hose so it shouldn't be able to drive...

Anyone can clear this up or is it a mistake?

I've been working on Blockz [the full version] lately.
It now contains 25 75 brain-teasing puzzles  :)

Image1: playing level 16,                                                                         Image2: the locked/unlocked level overview for level 011/020:

I would like to have one or more persons to test my puzzle game Blockz.
For now I've build 25 levels and before I continue to build [way] more of them I'd like to have these 25 levels tested.
This is because before I continue to build more of them I want all possible flaws I might have overlooked pinpointed and fixed.
After having done that I can continue to build the way I do without having to fix all levels afterwards  ;)

So, I need you to have a good look at the following points:

* While playing a level a block should never overlap another one while moving
* When finished a level the next level should start up
* When starting a level, the level should be unlocked in the levels overview
* When starting a level the level wil be auto-saved.
Quit the game after entering a new level and restart the game: the last unlocked level should be started.
* When selecting an unlocked level from the levels overview, that level should start up.
* When selecting a lower unlocked level [e.g. level 2] while having higher levels already unlocked [e.g. level 3 and 4],
the higher * unlocked levels should stay unlocked after finishing the lower unlocked level [level 2].
* And of course all other strange game behavior and weird issues.

PM me if interested.

Of course your name will be in the game credits when the final version will be released.

Darn, I thought I had removed that one.
Fixed now, thanx for notifying Cat.

I made a little joke-gift in AGS for my lovely and beautiful girlfriend.
It's called "Honey, What Will It Be Tonight" and it's kamasutra related...
Nothing special, just funny and very applicable in daily life  ;)
Some of might will recognize the used background [there not from me].
If interested: DL here.

Cheers,

Heh, I'm not even near finishing the final version of "blocks".
But it's a cool game concept to build in AGS though...

Played it a lot back in the day.  :)
Retro! Looks cool!

Glad to hear my suggestion was useful! You might want to use d-fend (a dosbox frontend) to run that!
Using XP so no need for dosbox with d-fend [which is the best frontend indeed]. Almost every DOS game runs on XP.
I only do need dosbox when a game runs to quick or the musix/fx doesn't work :)

Thanx again for the the Laser Light suggestion Bic, you made my day  ;)

@ Paper Carnival:
Thanx, i'll try to find Dweeb and will try out Aargon.

@ Biciloti:
This *might* be the one I lost  :D Just played some levels, awesome!
[glad I'm still running XP for classic games:P]

General Discussion / Laser and mirrors game
Wed 17/11/2010 15:41:42
Does anyone know a good "laser and mirrors" puzzle game for download, preferably a freeware version?
I once had a DOS version of such a game which was awesome but lost it and don't remember the name of it.

This is a good one called 'Yet Another Laser Game' but it's but shareware:

This one, called Reflections,   is also a cool version but it's an online flash game...

Any ideas?

Just watched ep3, great story so far.
The end came a bit as a surprise to me,
Spoiler
hand cut-of and [probably] not being on that roof anymore.
[close]
Can't wait for ep4  :)

Yup  ;)

yup, freeware version available too.
But I prefer "avira antivir personal" [freeware version too].

since AGS embeds things inside an EXE file it will often get flagged as a trojan because this is exactly how trojans work.
Basically the only way to fix it is submit the false positive to AVG so they can update their database.
Exactly.
