I think I see the 'problem':
In the 3th screeny the character is showing his back and looks to be bald.
I guess he's wearing his hair in a pony tail but he misses a knot or something so now it looks like skin aka bald.

Looks like the character in the 3th screenshot is way different compared to the 2nd one.

download and run suerantispyware (free)

when that doesn't work: boot pc in safemode and run a virusscan and if possible a malware/spyware scan
Boot pc in safemode = restart pc and hit F8 until you see a dos-menu. choose 'safemode with no network options'. Windows will start with a minimum of processess and appears in 16bit color. Then run antispyware/antivirus software.

For winxpsp3:

1. Run regedit, [win start button->run->"regedit"->OK]
2. Within the left pane
Goto: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\
leftclick on Run and look in the right panel for the entry "VSCodecPRO". rightclick on it and choose delete.
Goto: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options\
leftclick on Image File Execution Options and look in the right panel for the entry "taskmgr.exe". rightclick on it and choose delete.
3. Done

You can run SwD to autodetect and remove VSCodec PRO.

Or manually remove it:

@Kastchey: Don't know if this has been mentioned but when using the frozen chimney an error msg pops up:
Error: prepare_script: error -18 (no such function in script) trying to run 'hHotspot6_Interact' (Room 4)

I got stuck on the final puzzle for about fifteen minutes before I suddenly clicked and realised how to solve it haha

Just fetch a sheep and put it in the machine and watch the metamorphose, then fetch another sheep and put it in the machine and watch the metamorphose, etc.
