Mystic it is, so what does it mean?

304= EOA = Extremely Often Adventuregames
304= EOA = Extremely Operative AGS-er
304= An mathematical Untouchable Number
(a positive integer that cannot be expressed as the sum of all the proper divisors of any positive integer, including the untouchable number itself)

When listening to that track, from 2:00 it sounds the exact way as in your file. Prelisten here Pretty sure it's this one, the bass loop is exact the same one ....

Yes I agree with you on this one. It is especially clear when the drums are added that the tracks are related.
So we must conclude that there exists a special mix somewhere without any singing.

Yeh, probably some kind of a DUB version or a Clean Edit version. Can't find any official info on that though....

I've managed to find out some of the titles.  
The time is the exact point that I found out a title, so it's not the start point of the title.
The year is the release date of the single.

From the start untill 07:36 I wasn't able to recognize anything.
It looks like there are two tracks before the S.U.M.O. track starts.
And the first tracks looks like an extended intro mix.

Anyway, so far I found out these:

07:36: S.U.M.O. feat. Juvelen - It's Good

10:19: Liquid, Liquid - Cavern [somewhere between 1983 & 1997]

Plus the one you found:
17:52: Model 500 - The Flow (Underworld remix) [1995]

The length of the downloaded wav file was 15:33 so it seemed it was broken.
I will re-download it and check the rest of the file for titles.
