When trying to run my project in full screen using no Graphics filter & Graphics = Direct3D 9, I got an Illegal exception:
An exception 0xC0000094 occurred in ACWIN.EXE at EIP = 0x00489FA4 ; program pointer is -179, ACI version 3.3.0.1162, gtags (0,0)

Any idea what happens here? (it's reproducible)

I was already aware of the dosbox recording option (I use it together with d-fend).
I was actually more looking for some kind of converter mid->'wav in pc speakers style'.
That's the actual question in the first post

@RWolf, thanx. I'm familiar with such sites, but i'm looking more for a desktop tool...
I did found 'GXSCC Beta 236E', a Japanese tool. Gonna try that one out tonight first

@CW: thanx for the info and yes, the banks... That's why I'd like to convert the midi's on my pc to a wav for example.
I guess when converting it uses a default bank.

@Scavenger: yes, I can record it using dosbox and set the play 'true speaker'.
I could also use tracker software indeed. But got no clue if it will load midi... I'm used to load wav's as instrument/samples....

So I have a midi file.
I'd like to have it converted to a wav or mp3 but sounding like the pc speaker/beeper.

As I'm a noob fir midi, is it possible to 'convert' a midi file to wav (or mp3) PLUS make it sound like pc speaker sound (beeps), and if it is possible, how?

Back home, a great mittens has come to an end again.

I'm really proud of you guy's 'n galls since I have been able to learn all mitteneers how to open a beer bottle the correct way,
which is not using a regular opener but instead using everything else available in or around the house, to name a few:
- a lighter
- a pencil
- a second beer bottle
- a giant sharp metal pizza slicer
- a huge BBQ fork
- a stuffed chicken(*)

(*) OK, we decided not to try to use the stuffed chicken since that turned out to be the national emblem of Portugal (and Sintra) because of 'the legend of the Rooster of Barcelos'...

Here's the special 1 level mittens demo version of my graphic mod of the game Art of Dying that featured this year at show & tell at mittens 2014 Portugal: Download. It still contains a few original sprites and there are some flaws in the level, but hey: it was build in two hours before taking the plane to portugal 😉. Hope you enjoy. The full version will contain 12 proper new levels plus all sprites & animations will be replaced.
