Thats a very nice change you have made. It's probably the best yet :). The only thing I notice now is that she still seems to be crosseyed. Thats hard to change with only 2 pixels for the eye though.

A nice tune you have there. It's got that sorta music shop sound to it I think. Like you would use as background music. Maybe on a game map screen. As suggested already, you should mix up the background loop a bit.

Happy birthday man. You do alot of great things for this community, and I do love your art style. Keep up the good work, and have a great day :)

Well I have no idea what is being said, but it is a pretty cool song.

Well I do love the atmoshpere of these forums, and I guess I owe alot of that to the moderators and to CJ. Sure we get the occasional troublesome member (or guest), but that happens, and it's usually delt with well. This is one of the best forums I am a member of... no actually I think it's the best. It's certainly the one I've been a member of the longest.

Well it has been a long time since we have heard from you. I know you are doing good things, so keep it up. :)

I missed this thread the first time around even though I had heard about the project. And I must say... it is looking quite very good. I hope that you can get it done as soon as you can. I really like the stuff you produce, including Cirque de Zale and your comics :)

Larry Vales!
:=

Definitely. It's one of the few games that have managed to make me laugh out loud... repeatedly.
And I shall third that. Some of the best games made with AGS were the Larry ones.

I swear to GO I heard this on the radio one day:

"Expect showers all day today with a high of 15 degrees.... [pauses as he looks out window and shuffles some paper]. Ahem. And apparently that was YESTERDAY'S weather. From where I'm sitting, it's looking awfully sunny and it's pretty hot out."

My goodness I laughed.

(That's in C, of course.)

Ha, thats hillarious :D

Yay, It guessed a tissue box in 18 questions. I've done this before, it was posted on a forum somewhere (may have even been here ???). Its pretty cool.

#235
Yay, you had me fooled btw. Thats good news that there is progress on this project :)

Hehe that is quite funny... It's like they pulled the guy off the street to read the weather. He just has no idea.

edit: Do you have any more of the song on recording?

Question is still there :)

Bah! I give up... I've been trying to work it out for the last half hour and I can't get it. It sounds like a pop song with female singers. it is in english and you can get the words:  "hold me" "show me" "move me" "kiss me" from it. Searching google with all that doesn't seem to help.

I think if we had the lyrics from like a verse where there is different lyrics it should be easy to find if it is a popular song.

edit: Do you have any more of the song on recording?

I hope it does pick up again in 2 years when I graduate from my CS degree. Before I went in, people were saying that there were plenty of computer jobs, but I guess times change. The thing is, I am about to start 2nd year at Uni and I feel I've hardly learnt much. I passed 1st year with decent marks, but I'm still not that confident... must be all those smart nerds who know all the languages that discourage me.

I also like Blades poem. It was more of a simple love poem than anything else. My vote goes to him.
