General Discussion / Re: Forums are back!

It is just me or is the space where our avatar and that goes a bit wider. I don't remember it being as wide as this. It doesnt bother me at all, I was just wondering.
I think I'm going crazy... the lack of forums did it I think...

Awesome, I don''t know if there is much to critisise about your work. I do prefer the colour one tho. Keep up the awesome drawing, we all look forward to everything that you produce.

Thanks for the comment Damien. I want to add more to it like verses, but I guess if I'm writing words then it will give it more structure. I will try and add a solo. They are cool, and we will see if I can get one going.

And Chicken, it is there you might need to right click and save as, like damien said.

Looks awesome. You are right, the graphics look sweet :D Lets hope that you can make the story engaging, and create great puzzles to go with the awsomness of the graphics.

Critics' Lounge / MIDI in need of a good C&C
Sat 06/11/2004 13:03:42
Well I wrote a new midi song in the last few days while the forums were down. I've had a few of the parts in my head for a while now, so it was about time I put it on paper... or computer or whatever. Anyways, I made it in Guitar Pro, and I intend to write lyrics for it, tho I havn't been able to do that yet. I'm not too happy with the drums towards the start. They are a bit of a rushed job.

Well here it is...
Josh - Untitled

I would like comments about what to make better. Be as harsh as you want, as I want to make this song into something great. One day I might be able to get a band to play it, if I ever decide to make one.

Oh yeah, finally we can generally discuss stuff, and critique things, and have competitions, and show off our games again... The world is at peace again...

Good work CJ...

Hehe, that is pretty funny.

And while we are in the mood for comics:

It's good to know whats happening. It's not good when the forums go down, and you don't know why. I would probably be willing to donate some money, as I just got a job, and now am not poor.

I could've sworn I replied to your edit. Anyways, all I said was that I agree that the orginal colours are better, and that the hair does look better centered.

I like Angelos edit of the front. There is one thing that annoys me. There needs to be a smoother transition for the arms to be at the back and then the front. It looks a bit strange at the moment. Good work tho.

General Discussion / Insult Messaging!
Thu 28/10/2004 05:57:20
For those who use MSN messenger and also use Messenger Plus! (http://www.msgplus.net/, you can participate in insult messaging just like MI1. Just make sure the other person also has Messenger Plus too or your gonna look pretty dumb.

It's pretty funny to do. Just use /insult in a chat.

I had never heard of him, but I did a google, and he sounded like a really cool guy. Did alot for the music industry in his time on the radio.

Here's a new test http://www.bbspot.com/News/2004/11/quiz_quiz.php to find out which "which X are you" quiz you are?
Hehe that was cool. I won't say what I got, but it was good.

A couple of months ago I was reading on that site about holographic disc technologies, and they had developed a disc that could hold like what was it... I'm pretty sure it was like a 100GB, but thats crazy... I'll have a look.

edit: http://www.optware.co.jp/english/what_040823.htm
Heres what I was talking about. Being able to hold 100-200GB or something. That pretty cool.
