Yes, five seems low enough, but it does not help if not enough people vote.
I vote for every game that I played because for me it is the least miniscule sign of respect and gratefulness to the authors.

When I look at the all games list I wonder if not enough people are voting on the games or if they vote at all. Even games having scores of downloads show "Not enough votes yet". How much votes does a game need for the votes to be shown? Should the threshold be lowered perhaps?

I think you should not mix up the editor and the engine. Of course the editor is for making games, while the engine is for playing games.
Also I have a hunch that this question has been discussed some time ago already.

Personally I don’t think we should be allowed to post puzzles which require people to have two eyes.

Of course this was intended as a harmless joke and me myself fell into the ableist trap when I thought of replying that you can solve the puzzle with the help of an image editor when one happens to be one-eyed or otherwise stereo-vision impaired, we all failed to think of people with no vision at all.

In any case, the best practice is to normalize the volume of your tracks to 0.3 dB in your audio editor, and then using the loudest one as reference for setting the global system volume in AGS and matching everything else to that.

I used to make live video recordings of theatre and music performances for five years and the above stated statement seems very reasonable to me, although I would suggest to normalize the volume to -0.3dB as zero dB is the absolute maximum volume.
