Up state NY? no problem, I'll drive up, and  since I work for my self, I'll stay for the whole time as long as loging isn't exspensive (i.e. free).

Eric: if you need help with planning, drop me an email, I'm only a few hours away.

Rode:

Thats fucked!  if you want, I'll start hanging out on your door-step with a gun or something.

I was robbed once, while I was home, they tried to rough me up a bit, but didn't do a very good job.  not only did they NOT get anything, but I managed to get one of their hats.   I never told the police, because I plan to find them my self....

When I lived in boston, I discovered there is more local talent then there is signed talent.  Way too many bands to list, and that was back in 1995.

Since the Job market sucks so bad, and I have realized that I dont want another boring, dead-end job, I have decided to start my own handy-man light contracting business.  So far I've been hired to build a small horse shead, re-roof and install a sky-light in a workshop and paint a deck (all before the snow flies mind you)  it looks like I'm doing ok, or will be once the checks start rolling in, which means a may be back on-line at home soon.

I'm also going back to school in january to study radiology.

And thats the lastes from my front.

I still dont have a real job, nor do I have real internet access, I just renewed my library card is all.  I couldn't stand to be away any longer.  It's good to see people noticed I was gone!

Sylpher: email me those questions and I'll get back to you post haste.

So whats been going on in the real world?

As for me, I've been going through some personal up-heavals in the past few weeks.  Not the least of which was leaving my girl, and blowing all my savings on food.

I cant say for how long, because I honestly dont know.

Here's the deal:

I found out a few days ago that the business I work for will be closing it's doors.  This was my only access to the internet, I dont have it at home, I dont even have a telephone at home, and I will have no disposable income in-which got get my self re-connected.

This is not permenent by any means, but for the time being someone else will have to be acting deputy of the Gen-Gen Gestapo.

I'll miss you all.

Ton Undergroundlin and Vargtass:

Lets do this, we'll need to see if we can find some donated web space.

Hm, I feel slightly ignored in this thread... Well, well I'll probably have to suit myself for not starting a new thread on the subject, which I might just do.

But doesn't anybody have any positive feedback on my idea?

I LOVE this idea of uploading a bunch of loops and letting everyone re-sequence to their hearts content.  What Tempo should we use?  I can bang out dozens of loops.
