Right, now that voting is over, quick reviews:

jahnocli â€" Parlour Game
Reminds me of the movie "The Game", but I don't know how the game or gameplay would be like.

TheFrighter â€" Tic, Tac & Toe versus Halloween
This could be a nice casual browser game, but not an adventure.

Mandle â€" Bad Soil
I like the idea, but unless this comes with a set of pre-made scenarios, you have to rely on a large community of players.

Snarky â€" The Aparture
My favourite. I like Rear Window and the setting allows for creative puzzles (make the fridge order milk so that the delivery guy arrives at the right time etc.)

Durinde â€" Theta
Reminds me a bit of "The Cell". I can imagine some really surreal puzzles in this game.

Bulbapuck â€" The Riverman.
I get a strong Ben Jordan vibe from this. My runner up when voting.

tzachs â€" This Is Sick
The setting is too contrived for my taste and I don't see what game play would be like.

Blondbraid â€" Haunted by the occult
The first part of the setting sounds fun (a group having to puzzle their way out of a maze). But I don't like the idea of a "super slow moving golem" and I don't like timed puzzles.

dactylopus â€" Digital Zombies
Reminds me a bit of Among Thorns (http://www.adventuregamestudio.co.uk/site/games/game/2011/ - play it if you haven't!)

What Ghost said applies also for Austria. In addition we appreciate the pumpkin motive, because it is in season during that time of the year and we grow and eat lots of it.

Easy decision for me. Am I allowed to write short reviews now or should I wait until voting closes?

Awesome topic! Too bad that I - as always - don't have enough time.

Someone please make a wizard of Oz game :)
#1545
Sure, but please provide a blurb for it.

Anything?

Thanks, I'll look into fixing both bugs (and the talk position issue, I haven't forgotten it) soon.

Thanks! No need to hurry, there is still a lot to do on my side anyway.

I found some time to work on the game again today and already found another bug :P

I click somewhere to walk there (walk-to-point). While the character is still walking, I right-click somewhere and the character says something async. The following happens:

  • The character switches to the speak animation but still moves towards the walk-to-point. Since there is no 'speakandwalk' outfit, I guess the character should stop walking?
  • When the say async is done, the character will quickly slide to the walk-to-point without any animation. This happens no matter if I click to stop the sayasync or not.

I searched him and found nothing - not even a billfold or wallet. Strange, isn't it?

Did you go bananas?

I have no idea where the board went, there was no AGS Deep State discussion and decision about it, but it is back again. I suggest that everyone calms down now.

Colonel Burnes, did you fall asleep? You haven't said a word since everyone came back into this room.
#1553
Good idea, I'll keep that in mind 👍
#1554
Sounds interesting. What is the average play time?

Doctor, could you please...

I don't think touching the body is dangerous. As long as you didn't drink from his glass, you should be safe.

While you were passed out, it was discovered that calmative pills were missing. Do you think you were drugged? Or was that seizure a side effect of your visions? I could not find anything in your glass, but this can be because of my limited chemical skills.

In the meantime, I realized that "mud and blood" must refer to trenches and battlefields. I asked Colonel Burnes if he knew of any guest here having served during the Great War, but he sadly didn't answer my question.
