The first letters of the words in the titles of the books spell out city names. Also, in the library screen(not the close-up of the globe) you can spin the globe to two other parts of the world. So click on the cities in the order the books were in the note

I am a little stuck

cleaning the devils off the house outside the pub. I can clean off all the devils but not the writing, and someone is there but won't answer the door.
