By sealed room do you mean there was not a trap door or vent he could crawl out?

Another quote:
Look, I've made so many mistakes already. I just don't want to make it worse.
You won't. I promise.
There's something you don't know, ok? Oh, God. How do I tell you this?

The case was made up but I did not have them murdered.
Anyone have a new case yet?

Gone with the wind:
Scarlett: Rhett, Rhett... Rhett, if you go, where shall I go? What shall I do?
Rhett Butler: Frankly, my dear, I don't give a damn.

Cool. That was a good movie.

Well, I don't think you're leaving. I think you're running. And what I can't figure out is, are you running towards something you want? Or are you running away from something you're afraid to want?

I believe I can declare Cassie the winner. The only piece missing that I had in mind was when the coworkers went into the office they heard Bob committing the murder.

case 14
Bob came out of his office and leaves the building. A few minutes later screams are heard from his office. Coworkers go inside to find no one there. Later Bob is arrested for murder. Why?

Yes
Has Bob left on some kind of commication device - phone, walkie-talkie, etc - that projects the noise of him murdering something into his office? (kind of)
Is Bob guilty of murder?
Did the screams come from someone being murdered?
Was the communication device a phone?
Was it off the hook/connected to where the murder happened?
Did the screams come from the person Bob murdered?
Was Bob talking to the victim on the phone prior to him leaving the office?
Was Bob so "mad" that he left in a hurry leaving the Phone of the hook?
Did he reached the victim and murder him/her before the victim disconnect his/her phone?

No
Did Bob leave something dangerous in his office that consumed someone else (an animal, an open vat of acid...)?
Was there a window in the office? Was it opened? (Might fall more into irrelevant but no one came in or out a window.)
Did he left the TV/Radio on?
Was it a recording device rather than communication device?
Did the victim phone his office number prior to being murdered so that the events would be recorded?
Did Bob deliberately incriminate himself?
Was someone else in Bob's office at any time between him leaving and coworkers entering it?

I think I have heard that. I keep picturing a space movie.
Galaxy Quest?
Mars Attacks?
Spaceballs?

Was he able to get inside cause he knew of a secret doorway?
#1038
Jessie ran into a house she thought was abandoned but since the house belonged to Richard he was able to get inside with a key. She let him in cause she was fleeing some other vampire but once inside she realized Richard was also a vampire and he killed her. What else needs to be solved? How he might have gotten into his own house other than using a key?
Perhaps she is avoiding a vampire apocalypse.
Maybe the vampire she was fleeing bit Richard and he turned into a vampire once he was inside?
#1039
Well it was Richard's house so he had a key to get in but:

Did Jessie think the house had been abandoned?
#1040
I understand that vampires dont turn into bats in modern day lore, however the part I was referring to in my theory was that he turned into a bat to fly in an upstairs window.

My question:
Was it also Jessies house as in they were a couple?
