Do I need the extra dx9 dll's for this version of AGS. I put them in the documents game directory.

I finally downloaded the newest AGS program. I assume I don't need agsblend.dll. Will I need the extra d3d dlls to get dx9 to work.

Just 1 person to do a dramatic reading of a Lovecraft short story.
The male or female can record it on their computer and just send me
the files. It is not a long short story.
I will send the story to the person willing to do it.
Full credit will be given.
The game is a kind of slide show/interactive combination.
It will be first person due to the nature of the short story.
Suggestions for dealing with speech in AGS welcome.

The reading will be done in paragraphs.
Each paragraph will be a recording.

Works wonderfully at 1280x720.  I've had no crashes at all.

I added a pirate hat to Fatman. If the one who runs this forum wants it, I would be glad to send the sprites to him.

Modern computers have gigs of memory. Use it in Adore.  Have a good caching scheme.
Pre-loading rooms and characters.
Make the scripting easier. Use ags script, but update. Allow the scripting to be
done through the editor.
Allow characters to be made just like ags does it. No 3D mode.
Don't be sucked into going the 3d way of doing things.
Ags's charm is the easy startup learning.

Does the skulls eye color change each time the individual skull is in the corret square.
or do I have to get everyone right do see the eye color. I know I can put it in that one square and see the color.
It is way to difficult and time consuming?

I am planning to make a game called Deadwood Davy.  A game using Reality on the Norm characters.
Some modified with cowboy hats.
Any ideas on story lines?  It will be in Deadwood, North Dakota in modern times.
Backgrounds will of the actual town, real photos.
Maybe with black and white flashbacks to Deadwood in the 1860's or so.
