I got the key in the barrel to open the house to get the robe to make the fire spell. So now I have the fire spell and need to use it on the Phoenix right? Or do I have to talk to the fairy of the heart first? If so, where is she?

In Melrin 1, I can't figure out how to get past the toll person. I know I need money but where? Also looking for some twine or string?

OOps, never mind, I re-read the note and discovered that I had to go South twice. But not out of the woods yet. Now I am stuck again.  Melrin went through the water and lost some stuff. How do I get money to give to toll guy? :  Also, I need string or twine to tie up twig and metal object to make knife to give to girl? Wheres the twine? :

I got the first crystal but how do I get out of the maze tot alk with the fairy of the heart? I tried using the directions backwards but it doesn't take me out of the maze. HELP!

you need to go back near where the game started to find the monster, then use the freeze spell on him, then you interract with the clump of trees to find a shovel - you will then need to go digging and you will find the green sphere to break through the mountain

try looking at the mountains for a way through - there are 2 spots you can get into extra rooms, the one with the torch in is as far right as you can go - but make sure you save your game before you enter!

Gosh, I love this game! JA, such creativity and the challange is great. Anyway, I have the sour cream and the bunch of feathers but of course I am having trouble with the rattler spell. I'm using the gold stone and feather together but I don't have the knife anymore, the dwarf stole it. Don't I need to seperate the bunch of feathers to get one?  :

Also, where do I find Merlin ! & 2 because if they are ANYTHING like this one, I want to play them.

Okay, only two more spells to go. I got the stone and covered it with paint to resemble gold, but where is the feather? I'm thinking maybe one from a bird but never saw a bird at all in this game? Am I close?

Very clever J.A.  I guess I'm no good at these spells. I want to make milk and I'm tryig to use the jar of honey, the red hankerchief, and the bowl of water. (this is the water I got from the Dwarf) But based on the way this game has played so far, I'm thinking maybe there is another place to get water huh? Like the well?

Yep, I figured out I had to go out the window with the aid of a rope made of bedding. I can't figure out what to do a gamestop though and how to get the cane from the bird :'(
