You remember me Jack Nicholson in that film with Helen Hunt.

:o :o :o :o

I always doubted, but also always hoped.. that Jack Nicholson would one day join our community here at AGS.  Welcome Jack, feel free to speak as a commoner here- we respect you and shall never exploit your reputation.  By the way, I LOVED you in that movie!  You and that gay guy played off of each other so brilliantly. ;)

Heh, Robert- some of those are just pet peeves.  I know I have OCD somewhere in my daily routine, but nothing about organization. I'm very unorganized and somewhat trusting, regarding locked doors.

As of late, however, I have had weird routines of going places I don't even need to- simply driving downtown, walking up and down the street where all the people are going into bars,  not go inside any of them, and then drive to a super market, walk the whole store 8 times and buy nothing, and then go to a coffee shop and not talk to anyone.   I find this routine more preferred to my old one of staying inside all night.  But this is less of OCD and more likely social anxiety.

So maybe this has been in the works for a while.  However, the odd coincidence is that I read the bulk of Hitchhikers Guide just tonight and actually get the references to towels and panic and so forth... and thought it highly improbable to come across this article on Ain't It Cool News just now.  I would calculate the probability of this situation as: two to the power of five thousand and falling...

How fast one becomes a fan, pouring out in-jokes..

So yeah, of the red exes, I have all the ones missing from the second page- but sadly neither of the two from the third page "andy_robot" and "sexy_robot"

Ah, the most well known anti-litter campain known to man.

I prefer Tennessee's slogan:  "Leave the trash in the trailer park, not on the crumbling highway system. Thanks."

Am I just a grammar pain in the ass or what?

Savage is usually a noun or an adjective like "savage beast" or "noble savage", however as a verb "savage" means 'to attack' basically.
Save threads from being attacked?

"Salvage", on the other hand, means:

"to save property from destruction in a calamity (as a wreck or fire)"

"extracting something  (as from rubbish) as valuable or useful"

"salvaged" by the way, I think is proper in this situation.  :)

Threads? I dunno, maybe the robot anchorman one?  I saved all the images on my hardrive.

CJ: no one does, haha. It means nothing on a personal level whether someone dropped out of Highschool and took a test (GED) or made a 4.0 Grade point average (meaning all A's)

I have a little bit of college in me, and I'm barely willing to stick it out, just to get some more varied information. But if I intend to work in film, only experience can help me at this point.   But then again if I want to act, some drama classes wouldnt hurt... or if I'd like to produce- some business classes.   It all comes down to one's ambition- never settle for some job to do "in the meantime".   Because some number of years later, you'll realize most of your life has been speant in the meantime.

Well,  my material is pure gold. But I want to bomb using it myself NEXT Wednesday and Thursday.  Topics include: glitter, chinese buffets, and spelunking! Buy your tickets now.

All I learned from A Team is that an absurd amount of violence can solve any problem. Why, just today I helped a little girl get her kitten down from a tree....  by filling the branch with 88 rounds of lead.

er, yeah.. so the studio heads felt that "glorious" should be cut from the name due to, uh, budget constraints.

Not to be confused with "Gloves", the north american version- where two floridian AGSers meet up and don't invite anyone else.  And make pee pee.

it took me a second, and those are like one or two states away. Ah- we americans and our selfish desire to simplify ourselves to the smallest possible denominator of distinguishment.

No doubt.  I think by this point my argument is anything can be happening, anything at all. The rules are so loose it just doesnt matter anymore, and nothing has weight in the series.  We could zoom out at any point and it could just be a kid playing a video game.  All the same.

Well, I guess. But I don't believe there is any way I would come across an obituary of someone who died in Arizona, New York, Colorado, or Florida.  I don't even see the obituaries from my own town, really.

Honestly, if anyone wants to inform the community beyond his/her own control- you will have to rely on a friend or family member. I think that is relatively simple.

Ahah, someone should inform Bluke of a little bit of forum courtesy. So far we're alright.. but a few more revised threads and it will be a little tiring.
