Looks like MIA has some competition........

Looks good so far....

Since starting MIA i have now thought of better ways of making the code for this sort of game.....

Be prepared for lots of bugs and problems....i was`nt.....but  i`m getting used to it.

I decided on just an action game as the strategy would have been harder to make......

GOOD LUCK.....hope you can finish it.

After a long break i am happy to show a shot of the new sniper mission...

Been working hard and hopefullly jaz is still able to do the finishing touches.

A release will be happening very soon.

I`m glad everyone liked both games......i`m proud of both.

And i`m sure Jaz is as proud of Coup de cup as i am.

My New Years Resolution is to finish MIA.....

Jaz and Geoffkhan had put a lot of work into the game as well as myself and it would be a shame not to complete the game.....

Even though i am making it i still find it fun to play....(Blowing up everything with grenades...)

Also another New Years Resolution is to stop using so many  "........................................"....

That `ll be the hardest to stick to.............shit.....i just did it.......

Happy new year everyone....

I`ve been Missing In Action myself from the forums for a while real life adventures took priority....

I have not done hardly any work on MIA since July 2004 i think it was .....

Spent a long day yesterday refreshing myself with the CoDe...and my new years resolution is to finish the game in some form....

It might not include some of the original stuff....sorry.

At the moment it has 4-5 levels almost complete just touching up and if jaz is still available to do some artwork there will be some other levels.....

I Hope to finish this....just time gets the better of me.....(wife nagging....crying baby...the usual stuff...)

Its good to see so many interesting projects....

I do a bit of close up for family parties ...card tricks ...mindreading...a little bit of coin stuff but not much......impromptu magic looks best as it seems natural.

I don`t pull rabbits out of hats......just hairs out my arse...

Great little touches like these add to the whole enjoyment.....

I don't think it's about being sued or not. It's more like respect for the artists/authors/whatever out there.

Make your own sfx then.......from scratch.

Yes, but the problem is not finding sounds, but finding FREE sounds.
Findsounds.com for example just indexes all sound files it can find, they're not automatically free.

I`m sure you won`t get sued......

footstep sounds ....or other sound effects can`t be copyrighted...

as they are not unique like copyrighting a record.


Sfx ....of items will sound similar and i`m sure theres no SFX police who will sue you.....

People only sue when they can make loads of money from doing so.....

And proving you used a paticular Sfx is going to be hard......

Use a program like soundforge to make sfx how you want....
