I just want to point out that a wind screen like Ionias mentioned can be something as simple as a sock put over the microphone.
Take your time, and make sure the voices are consistent when it comes to volume and quality.
Coat hanger and some ladies tights...(panty hose in america..i think).....real pop shields can be expensive.....

also edit in sound forge or something similar...

Sorry Czar...for the moment i have 6 testers that have just been sent the d/load info for the first level to test....
If one of them drops out i`ll consider you as my first option...

If you`re not hurt by this rejection that is...

Thanks for your offer anyhow..

Cheers for you kind comments......
Heres another screen of the first level....

I`m finding that making this sort of game is quicker than doing an adventure as you don`t have to draw as much and come up with loads of dialogue or animations......that said i do still hope to continue making adventures......the flashbax prequel is on hold as my wife is about to give birth and i can`t dedicate enough time to the sort of project i want to create....i will make it as theres a story to tell and some loose ends to tie up....and maybe some might understand what the first installment was all about too....

ME ME MEEE! i have a strange urge to kill...

OSC, mr bond does have a liceinse to kill but that won`t be necessary to get through the game....you can shoot the enemies but they can also be avoided without blood shed...(also ammo is in short supply so its best to only shoot if totally necessary.)

Only one more tester to complete the five i want...

If theres more than one more person by the end of the week...i`ll deceide whether theres more or who will get the place..(I want to limit the amount of people as it is easier to get feedback from a few rather than loads..)

ps....this is a break from the intense demands of doing and adventure game and a test to see just how much AGS can do other that just adventure...

Its a very powerful langauge....for 2d games ..

respect from mr.fOz....

Heres a screenshot of a multiscrolling platform game i`m making using AGS...(loosely based around 2ma`s engine)..
I`ve done level 1 of 5 and progress is doing fine.

Yes......it would be difficult to someone not up on scripting.....

but it is totally possible..

I`m working on a couple of non adventure games using ags....one of which will be similar to flashback as i thought the game was excellent.....

I have been working on a multi scrolling platform game...(not an adventure i know..)

...i have got a collision detection working but would like to use this plug-in as it seems from what i read a more precise way of detecting character collision than the ---AreCharactersColliding way of doing things...

I`ve tried to use the various terms that the plug-in states but have had not luck getting it to detect.....

Any one with an example of what i said be doing would be appreciated...

Thanks  foz

...........................all this hate and i`m not involved in any way...............

It seems that vel is the common link between all the rants and hatred.....

.....I think he`s just missunderstood........

Instead of a bear suit why not put him some other kind of costume.....

Like the guy outside a mc donalds...dressed as ronald..

or someone working on a film set....after being made up as a monster or alien for the film..

Or the plot could be set at fancy dress party ..where one of the guests is murdered or something and he turns up in his bear suit ready to party...

just a few ideas.....the last ones probaly the route i`d take as you could leave him in his bear suit and not have to animate him again....

i enjoyed your game a nd loook forwar to what ever you come up with...

good luck..
