Ive greatet this little dialog :

EGO: &1 "Hello Peter!"
PETER: "Hello to you!"

PETER: "Im I'm Peter your best friend"

but how do i play sounds uset as speech?

I had the same problem then i making the file as a .ogg .
Then its was working.. quit weird
PS. If your sound program cant convert to .ogg try Auda City
