I can't believe I missed that!  

Errrrrrr stuck again, now got the hammer but once again can't find anything else to do

first you need to get into cellar - have a look under mat in hall - you will need to find something to unlock door, for this solve the ghosts puzzle.  Then you can go onto getting rid of the wolf.  For the sword - have you something in your inventory to use to help you get it off the wall

I must be missing something so simple but its driving me mad..............I have tarpaulin, wire, guitar, hat and can't use anything anywhere!

the worm moves in a set pattern - top, middle or bottom - if you keep out of his way he will eventually die..............I found it was best to cheat and keep saving the game after each miss  : but another member posted this...........If I recall it hits something like: top, bottom, top, middle, top, middle, middle, bottom, top, top or something.   [ /hide]

A brilliant first effort!  But I founnd the the gui a bit hard to use - tried using magnifying glass and it won't tell me what any of the items are    and couldn't really make out what I was ending up with.

Is anyone else having a problem getting this game to play?

you will get this from the lady across the hall from your room, then you need to go see the doc and look through his files - You will be carrying something which will help keep you awake

I've broken the window, have got loo paper and stick but can't find anywhere to use them

you need to interract with walls to find a lump of gold, then perhaps try throwing this about
