The tree looks great and so do the clouds. I think the main thing wrong is the ground, it looks great and very detailed but it's a bit too dark. Same for the sky, is it supposed to be nighttime?

Agree with you. The crossed arms reinforce this idea.
I think a perfect sprite would be a mix of the original with the one haddas (bent hat, belt, fabric folds) has crafted.

Thank's to everybody who has posted. Ive heard some good ideas and I will change him a bit more. The hat is bent but its bent back so you cant see it, Ill try bending it sideways. I'll change the belt and add a few simple fabric folds. Cant add too much detail however as it wont fit the style of my game.

My view of a wizard is a big triangle, so the hat continues from the body with a face in the middle. I shall correct the shoulders.

What do you think? I know it's a little small, and the shadings a little off but it's as good as I can get it, without making it worse. The outline is part of the game style.

Ive made a few modifications. The shoulders are wider and i've tried to add a highlight. I might try to add some creases in the fabric (Kinda hard to do). I cant add too much detail however as it wont fit the style of the game. This is actually my 2nd character ever created.
New update.

ive taken some of your suggestionsÃ,  and modified him some more. Changed his eyes, belt and the bottem of his cloak. What do you think?

On the floor I see you have created the shine of the lights, they look cool but they are too dark. If you want to add more contrast to the picture try making them brighter.

That might be pretty hard. Loads of people know what harry's world look like so to try and re-do it could make youre game look worse, then again it could work the other way and make people like youre game even more.

Mr.C I'm sorry I didnt mention you, I'd started on the character a month ago and got bored. Just recently I decided to finish him off but id forgotten where I got the original as I went all over downloading templates.

Hi im jason. Ive been using this program for at least a year as I found it on a cd from a magazine. All Ive done is messed around a bit. Ive downloaded the new program and ive started making a game. Just registerd today but ive been looking around the forums for weeks. (Im still a newb)

The house looks too angled to me. It looks like it should just fall of the hill. Still the rest of it is amaziing and the style is spot on.
