Ok I understand now. Id say use the same style but change the black outline to a darker version of the inside colour.

more like final fantasy, you explore around getting the storyline but you dont have to fight hundreds of enemies getting to the next town. You explore around and find extra things which could add to the storyline or give you a mini game. I suppose it would also have a mode to turn the monsters on just for the die-hard rpg fans. Boss battles could be cutscenes or you figure out a puzzle to kill them. I dunno, I guess RPG's wont really work without fights but the fighting does get a little too similar and annoying. Kind of like puzzles in a way, you just finish one and you think great I get to see more storyline when BAM, another puzzle is placed in your way.

I always wanted to play an adventure game without any puzzles just to get to the great storylines. I also want to do the same with RPG's (No monsters) but the problem is that without puzzles and stuff, it's harder to keep people interested and keep playing to find out the next part of the story. Well anyway, good luck with this.

couldn't you make the backgrounds with coloured pencils? It would make it a lot more coloufull and visually interesting especially if you are going to use this style in the whole game.

I tried to download the walkthroughs zip file and I got into a cycle of "you must first visit the member's homepage" (I'm using Firefox).

I think that has something to do with the walkthroughs zip being hosted on tripod.lycos.co.uk whilst the site is on freewebs. I'll try uploading the zip to freewebs so try it now. (I use internet explorer, never tried firefox.)

Anyway I've done as Huw "Dave" Dawson suggested and added the names of who made each module and plugin. I cant do it for templates however as I cant find out who made most of them.

So what exactly does this module do? Anyway I'll just add it to my site later on. The site is in the sig.

Hmmmrm.... Freewebs...

I personally prefer using CJB.net . There isn't the crazy Freeweb's bar at the top for a start... Anywho, the site looks great. Most of the content looks useful. I especially like the Indiana Jones template! For the record, just so you don't get angry, fish-head throwing PM's from Module Makers/Template Designers, crediting the designer would be a good idea. Also, some of those templates need descriptions!

On a side note, this definatly makes it easier for people such as me to grab stuff I need. It's on my Favorite list!

1) I like freewebs, it's easy to upload your files and the bar at the top is easy to ignore compared to some other free web hosting.

I would also just like to add that I have gotten rid of the stupid annoying text adds at the top of the screen. They would have never made me much money anyway so now there gone.

This site is mostly finished, just some small tweaks to finish and add 1 extra page, after this it will mainly be updated when someone has finished a new module or something. Anyway I hope you like the site, feel free to Email or PM me with any suggestions to improve the site.

Redraw him. Make him shorter and give him pink skin for a start.
