Meet Grond, He hasnt seen much action lately so he's started attacking pies. (He's gotten fat)

He was a lot of hard work, I dont think I'll enter another jam for a while.

This site is fantastic!

I can't download for now (I'm at school...) but when I'm home I'll try some modules and plugin's out.

1)A suggestion...: State which version of AGS is required to run the module/template. This is to avoid scripting problems and incompatible options.

2)... and a question: Do you also have plans of other sections? Maybe Tutorials would be a nice addition. I'd also love links to sites with free graphics on it...

Good work!

Thanks for your kind words, I appreciate it.

1) All versions of AGS run's plugins exept non windows (which iv'e stated.) As for modules, I'll try to add what version number they run under but it could be trickey for some.

2) Im not planning on it yet but we shall see, i'll think aboute it after i've finished the site and it's running smoothly. I dont know many sites with free graphics that can be used in AGS, if I did I would have released a game ages ago.

no, but isnt windowed mode more processor intensive than fullscreen for most games? Also maybe its the game, what game is it?

Look's ok to me, maybe you should add eyelashes or something. Plus it might not look as bad as you think if it's on a body (If the head is the body, it looks weird).

This is absolutly amazing, I love space type game's. Also the explosions are cool.

If anybody knows of a good place to upload files, please let me know.

Due to the fact that skimbleshanks is no longer being updated, I have made my own resources site.

Edit: Thanks to AGA, my site now has proper hosting. It can now be found at:
http://www.americangirlscouts.org/agsresources/

It's not finished yet, Iv'e got most of the modules up, the rest will be up next week and i've got a page for the plugins but I havent got them to download yet (will do in a couple of days). It will also have small programs to download like free paint programs and stuff. Anyway feel free to look at it and tell me what you think of the layout, while it's still early enough to change it easilly.

Edit:
Ok good news, most of the site is online and everything is downloadable. Feel free to take a look.

Sorry, I just thought he might look good. I did have to re-draw him for the smaller size and less colours. I used the old wizard that I did before as reference.

Gandalf the wizard, not really just an old lively wizard. 16 colours, 28 x 90.

Ok last update of the wizard, im pretty much done for now.Ã,  Changed the thickness of his left arm to match the right and ive added a brim to his hat, why? because I got bored and I started messing with the wizard again.

The charachter looks great, I cant give much advice on walkcycles as I havent really done one yet. All I can think of is watch how other people walk to get a referance to how he should walk.

None playable charachter, He's supposed to go outside and I always do the light comeing from the left in outside scenes.

Add part of a ufo sticking out of the water tower, that would look pretty cool. Also make the desert look bumpy. I dont know what that black line is but maybe you should change the colour to a darker version of the desert's shadows. Maybe you could add just a hint of clouds, even in the desert you'd still see a few clouds (I think).

I never really noticed, the only problem is that what you refer to as a quick fix causes problems when it come to altering the shading and highlights. I'll change it anyway. Any other suggestions to improve the wizard or do you think I should call it finished (exept for the correction).
#96
does anybody else think it looks better, does anybody have any more suggestions or do you think it looks fine as it is?

Ive modified the wizard to look more like the edit from guybrush peepwood, does it look better now? anything else I should change?

Ok thanks, I kind of see it now. I guess I should have read the posts more carefully. I guess it looks alright, im just a bit embarrased at being a huge star wars fan and not seeing what it was.
#99
looks better, just one question. What is the black thing in the foreground near the bed? I like the bear and the mug  but the black thing looks weird.

They all look great, the only problem I see is that in the talk view his hair seems to move more than in the walking view yet his head doesnt move. Also for the picking the nose animation, maybe you could make him flick or shake the snot of his finger to send it flying.
