Zak 2 looks very good. Dark and mysterious...

The demo game gui shows a picture of the active inventory item, but the defauld gui does not. The picture is also zoomed at the right size.
Whem I look through the source, I can't see how this was done. Have I overlooked something?

4: b&c. Again, seeing changes in the story.
5: b! Only if the sequal can add something and change the story, is a sequal justified. But "lets make the same game with better graphics!" just doesn't do it for me. That's why I HATE EA.

7: dont care. But make shure you do. Don't try to make a game that is funny and serious at the same time. Choose.
8: dont care. Do note that smaller resolution will mean less MB's.
9: CG is making me sick lately. It's everywhere.
10: As long as you can understand it in 2 seconds.
11: a. The longer the better. except if the game sucks and you only play it to finnish it.
  (Funny that I've only made small games, yet I prefer long games)
12: b. Harder puzzles do give more satisfaction, but it's not fun to be stuck for half a year.
13: a&b. They do make the genre. (Sometimes I just skip the speech though)

I'm looking forward for this game. But I was a bit disapointed about the first one...
The first one looked reat and all, but was a bit short, and what was it with those objects that you could only use or pickup after you got a clue. That's not very adventure-like.

The only comment I can give is that you mixed up cocaine with heroine.
Cocaine makes you feel like  a God. And after it works out, you feel depressed.

The dutch royalties fled to england in the war, so they wouldn't be used as pawns. Still...not a brave thing to do. The government stayed.

I'm not a great fan of monarchies, but when I think about it I realise that it's the lesser of two evils. Although most royal families these days are just figureheads, they do provide an important final barrier to the government should it try and do something incredibly stupid (eg. turn the country into a dictatorship).

It's usually the royalty that do stupid things.

I could bring my laptop, but with the batteries bone-dry after 1 hour and no euro-sockets to re-charge, it would be useless.

O.K. I know what you mean with this story. The man has become a game character. But there are so many things that contradict this...
IMO you could change writersblock into a game that he can't end. So the game has become so big and he wants to write so much that he has BECOME his character.
