I like Lexx myself. Its not my fave sci-fi on tv, its just a lot a fun, rather weird, and quite different. but beware of looking up fansites. You can read some disturbing posts about Stanley Tweedle, and what some woman what to do with him, and that’s just in googles previews

I think he relizes tht KhrisMUC, he did it to show more detail, but what I think yodaman11111 means (and what I mean) is make the sprites bigger, not zoom in on them, as we can see, Damien knows how to do that.

The concept is really neat. just seen those guys skid toward me, plasma rifles pumpin', and flail a' flailin' would give me the shivers. but I would make them larger, at this small its hard to enjoy the scary-goodness. look up doom and duke3d (and maybe blood) sprites for some inspiration. the idea would be so cool in a doom-clone.

I might consider it, one of the topics really caught my eye.

I would just like to say I found an mp3 with the music. the quality is pretty bad (almost as if someone stuck a microphone next to the speakers) but at least I heard it. it was marvellous, very tragic.

and here is another view of chicken man, as well as a new character. the reason for his different costume is he is the first of his species to leave his solar system his most honoured, and if and when he returns, will be hailed a hero, but he works on board as a janitor.

I would mix the turban with the trickster type look of the more cartoonie guy, the fez, in my view, makes him look silly, not a jack sparrow type character. But both are wonderful. but for a tricky mischievous look, the guy on the left is best.

Does Grim Fendango count? I NEVER want to see a flower again! Myst,in my view counts as an adventure game because there ARE things you can poick up, it is about exploration, there are puzzles, . So its extremly un-liniur? I liked that (except that frikin 'rocket ship puzzle DEATH TO CYAN!) about it. And it was a story. And that is what makes an adventure game an adventure game IMO, they were once called interactive fiction you know.

I know this sounds silly, but can anyone tell me the name of the piece of music played in the introduction of Starcraft: Brood War?, it was also played, louder, in the trailer. I am a fan of classical music, and I was wondering if anyone knew what that piece was.  Painfully beautiful singing, mixed with death and dirt, blood and bones, last ditch battle scenes just get to me, can anyone help me? As well, does anyone know what the singer is saying? That song is just so haunting.

depends on which ones you mean, for many lucas arts games, costume ripper works well, but it doesn't work on Secret of Monkey Island. there was a very unstable program, scumm-ripper or somthing like that for that. for sierra and other companys? printscreen and capture programs.

I actually like the lens flare at the top right, but the bottom ones, no.
the shadows are too similar, and the walk way is way to flat. and what in Yellowbeards baby are those glowing thing? the grass is nice, you realised an important fact, grass is not all green, as well I like the sky.

I think  the Anonymous game developers, of Kings Quest I & II+ (with Quest for Glory II VGA hopefully coming soon) fame, count as indie. what do you think people think?
