[What is MAGS?]

What is MAGS?
MAGS is a monthly competition for all amateur adventure game makers. The idea is to use AGS to create a game in under a month, following the rules set by the previous winner.

I'm not here to tell you that you should enter MAGS, but merely allow it as a creative opportunity to help you work to a deadline, improve your skills, and generally as a good kick-start for the new comers (a.k.a n00bies).

MAGS is the perfect opportuninty to make a game, and the wonderful prize is to announce the net month's rules, and all competitiors get the game placed on the MAGS website.

MAGS is meant to be fun and is aimed at everyone, despite their skill. If you have poor art skills work on graphics, and vice-versa, as the voting is based on "favourite" games, and not the most artistic, you may get help for the competiton, but must not get anyone else to do any part of the game for you.

Theme- Alterantive Perspective

So you don't like playing the good guy all the time, well try these rules set by ElaineMc

No restriction on colour depth or resolution.

- Tell the story from the villain's point of view.
- Some kind of underground location should be used.

Inventory items / objects [pick at least two]:
- necklace
- laundry
- a large sum of money
- a crossbow
- perfume bottle
- fire extinguisher
- church altar
- straw hat
- pentacle

If anyone is interested in the "Origins of Magintz", this was a song my parents used to tell me, they replaced the words Paddy and Gazzy as my name is Gary (a shortened form being Gaz, Gaza or Gazzy as a "cute" baby type name) So my parents have called me McGinty since I was a baby, and the name "Magintz" is a altered, more modern and "fun" version... hope you enjoyed my tale... and the sad part is.... it's true...

castle is hand made most likely and the left edge of the tower seems too straight and looks out of place with the wonky trees etc...
