For those who said Saddam was not a threat to the world, here are the FACTS:

I think everyone's point is just there; after all that Iraq  military was weakened to a point it wasn't a serious threat to anyone.

Svastika used by Finnish Air Forces (and still used today by some branches of our army) had nothing to do with German National Socialist symbols. Then again, as you were just kidding you probably already knew that.

I'm not Anti-American. I've got family in The States. I am, however, against the foreign policy U.S. has been practicing this -and most of the previous- century. I'm also worried and sceptical towards current US domestic policies.

My North American family pretty much shares the same political views than me.

But Makri does not attack the Bush administration... he says... "U.S."

You can think he´s made a slight unintentioned mistake... well, I can´t be sure, but I think that Makri is just another case of the new fashion who crosses Europe... I hate the U.S.!

You are awfully quick to dismiss everyone who disagree with you as "fashion followers". Maybe you should wake up and realize that most people have good reasons for their opinions. Or are you defending U.S. just because you think it's cool and makes you different?

"U.S. word" naturally stands for the administration - that's what Barcik ment in his post and that's where I replied. I forgive you for your mistake.

I think that to disagree with a bold fact such as Saddam's capture is a sure sign of a person being prejudiced against the US' word.

Wouldn't anyone in their right mind be prejudiced against U.S. word?

The claimed dna tests can be trusted just as much as one would trust iraqi information minister. You all saw the pictures. They captured Santa.

There will be no Christmas this year.

What the hell is boxing day?  ::)

As someone from northern Europe I had never heard of this tradition before I spent some time in Canada. However, boxing day is the day after Christmas when you go around the town and beat the living daylights out of people who gave you crappy presents.

If US wouldn't interfere with Palestinian conflict there had been peace for a long time.

Palestinians might not be able to fight with honourable methods, but unlike Israelis, their cause is just.

Yes, makri, the US citizens will probably stop him not re-electing Bush, while in Dictatorial muslims countries nobody would do.

Democracy isn't always the best option. In an ideal world, people should have no saying in who rules and how, as majority of any given nation is without exeption too dumb to know what's good for them. Democracy should never be implemented in Iraq.

As for the U.S., as we can see, one term is plenty enough time for a president to terrorize the rest of the world.

The reason listed are a lie. The truth is that 11/9 showed a valuable lesson. If you forget the dictatorial states, something wrong can happen to you. That´s why Bush attacked Iraq, and he should go on with Iran, Sirya and North Corea.

As you pointed out here, the greatest risk for world's security is not Iran, Syria or North Korea, it's The United States. Someone should stop that country.

Are cristians doing that? No, we´re 3,000 milions and no one of us uses the name of God for killing...

If Bush's crusade against muslims in Iraq wasn't killing in the name of Christian God then nothing is.

This was the furry contest, right?

I'm surprised how people seem to be unable to talk about 9/11 or terrorism in general without using the word "muslim". And how the same people don't see any connection between actions and religion if the religion of a criminal is christianity or judaism.

Damn. I was planning to do something for this one before I leave to Canadia for a few weeks (leaving tomorrow) when a while ago my computer just suddenly shut down (just powered off). I turned it back on and right away it did it again. I guessed it was a heat problem and opened the case. The heatsink (zalman flower cooler) was hanging half attached on top of the processor.

This is the second time the motherboard heatsink tray has broken a clip. A 2.5 GHz Pentium IV doesn't run all that nicely without any cooling. Damn Soltek. Last time it broke they (the importing company) only had one spare they sent me and it was already broken on arrival so I got a whole new mobo. Pretty dangerous (for the processor) if the cooler can just fall off any time when I wasn't even moving the damn puter.

I don't think I'm gonna fire up PSP on this (my wife's) computer, it seems to use 1.75 times the physical memory just to run with av, fw and a browser :)

Edit: The point of this post? I feel the most comfortable in this subforum (Competitions and Activities) in these threads (PS Phridays), so I just came in to say bye bye for a while :)

I'm not good at being offensive, especially after what's already being done, but here we go.
