Yeah, Woodruff and The Schnibble of Azimuth (or "The Bizarre Adventures of Woodruff and The Schnibble" in the States). Screenshot is from MobyGames. I love the graphics in that game :)

Oh well.

That's what happens to morons who hide in silly places.

Bah. I've got no bullets. This is more like a sprite jam than photoshopping contest. And it's not a competition :)

A great loss to all Nordic countries. I hope this incident won't distance politicians from the people in Sweden - or here.

Well, I'd need a couple shaves a day. I just can't be arsed to shave more than couple times a week. Lots of area to cover too; since I also shave my head doing one but not the other would look silly.

We allow people to compete with photoshop and microsoft paint in the other forum, which takes a lot more bandwidth than a string of words. I really don't see why this is an issue.

I don't have an opinion on this topic, but I'd like to correct that Photoshop Phriday/MS Paint Game takes no more bandwidth from the site than a word game. Images are hosted elsewhere.

We won the war. Get over it.
And the US has never been so unsafe place to be. What a great victory.

Probably when couple years from now things start to blow up on US soil people are shocked and puzzled what harm their country has ever done to anyone.

I think the true results of this war start to show couple years from now when counter strikes are ready for execution. If the war had some effect on terrorism  it created a few hundred new terrorists. I wouldn't feel safe living in the US and I hope the rest of my family gets to Canada before things start to blow up. The war strengtened anti US terrorism more than Iraq ever could have done.

I'd recommend doing some basic perspective study and maybe using a perspective "wireframe" drawn on one layer with vanishing point(s) to get it look right.

I'd say the one without textures is better. Now, just add some shading if you don't want it to be plain.

It's really a question of style, but if you want to go DOTT way, I'd recommend spending more time investigating DOTT screenshots. There's no outlines, lots of shading, and most importantly, DOTT has distorted but not completely random perspective.

Check the parallel (LPT) port settings from you BIOS. I've seen cases where the setting has changed without any apparent reason. Try the other settings available (Bi-directional, Enhanced, ECP, ECP+EPP etc.).

I've got such a positive outlook on the future.

I used to run a redhat and win 2000 in a dual boot machine. I ended up spending more time on Win side because I need graphics programs and I dislike Gimp. Had Jasc converted PSP on Linux, I probably would have ended up on the Linux side.

As for Win stability, worms and viruses... Win 2000, servicepacked and patched properly, with an AV software and a firewall, is stabile OS. I've never had a single virus or a worm. I boot my computer once a week - once a month (after isntalling something that needs it) and I rarely face any kind of freezes or lockups. I probably like XP just as much after a year or two when it gets patched to a level I'm comfortable with.
