OK, I worked it out (well, stumbled across the solution). Just entered the autumn bit. ZOMG.

Now here we go again, I am at the graveyard with the statue and the chest.  I have no idea what to do, I have left and right clicked on all the hotspots I could find.  But nothing.

My bad, I just figured it out :)

I'm stuck here too :(

Well done on the impending release, Dual! I hope you got that blur sorted out in the end? ;)

great interview again! Who's next? :D

Objects - half an hour.
Full working-character - never finished one in one sitting. Usually spread over months and months.
A room - couple of evenings. Have done one in a day before.
A game - Haven't finished one yet. Although the majority of Wall-E was done in a day then added to over a weekend. If TLG-Part 1 is finished by end of Summer as I hope, that will be 4.5 years! (just shy of 2 years for the current incarnation.)

For all of the categories apart from "a game", I'm considering just art. I really don't time myself as a habit, though...

Shaping up really nice. It is definitely on my list of projects to watch! :)

Got a similar problem in Chrome - Silverlight becomes unresponsive when it loads to 100%.

All of the people and characters mentioned are great! Good job especially for mentioning Apprentice, Mordalles.

We should all get to work and try and do better! :D

Lets not worry about where the thread should be!

I'm sure the moderators can work that out...

I'd say Nelly Cootalot for hi-res.

I'll second that. As for lo-res, there are so many - I liked the guy from The Infinity String.

Looks fantastic and sounds really interesting.

Can't wait for the demo. In fact, this is on my "can't wait" list. :)

This Lib Dem thing is getting a bit silly.

I suggest people watch some Labour events properly, you will find plenty of well researched policy and none of this vacuous "vote for change" to which I say "change to what?" that the Conservatives are so guilty of and that, with their new found support, the Lib Dems are succumbing to...

Also, incredibly surprised no one has pointed out that "conservative" means "anti-change" yet - at least the last time I looked at an English Dictionary.

Renegade Implementor, those sprites are great. Loving the 80s ones, too, Cirius! The Daleks are brilliant! :)

I was bored so I did a quick pixel-doodle of Matt Smith's 11th Doctor.

It's a little simplistic and the shading is all over the place, though.

P.S. the legs are awful. If anyone wants to make this look better then they are welcome to use it.

As long as you aren't planning on selling it just carry on. Make sure you put a disclaimer saying "this is a freeware, independent fan game. I do not own any of Red Dwarf. I love Red Dwarf!" at the start of the game.

Chances are they won't spot it at all, or at least not until it's released. In which case, you loose nothing even if they do decide to shut it down.

haha now they have to be a suprise...The game artwork is alittle blurry for some reason when run in fullscreen which is abit odd but I hope to correct this when I figure out that issue.

If you set it to 2x or 3x first, then run at fullscreen it should be better. It's to do with how monitors scale pixels, or something...

This looks really great!

You could have posted one of those death animations? ;)
#238
Most certainly worth the effort! Looks great :)

maybe you could make the light beams as a separate sprite so they affect the player as he walks??

Already done. :)

Time Snare was an excellent game! Quite a bit of it got finished...

If I was into Dr Who I would offer to help out with a project but I just don't know enough about the show, old or new.
