Did the guard close the cell door behind you (unlocked)

Then don't forget to ask him again what his job is.

Nope, the guard didn't close the door behind me.Ã,  The door remains wide open the whole time, even when I re-enter the cell.Ã,  I assume that's why he won't talk to me - I can't even access a dialogue tree with the guard.

Update:  never mind - I started over from the beginning and I was able to get past that part - guess it was a bug.  Maybe because I

  I've clogged up the toilet but everytime I try to tell the guard about the toilet he won't talk to me unless I'm in my cell.  Even if I am in my cell, when I try to talk to him my character automatically walks outside the cell to talk to him.

Thanks!Ã,  I figured out that strategy even before your hints and I was able to complete the game (finally!).Ã,  I think my problem was I wasn't holding the mouse down long enough so my shots were not registering as legitimate hits or sometimes it was a little bit nit-picky about what areas of the hat you had to click on for it to register.Ã,  Maybe if you could widen the target area it would be easier for non-action adventurers such as myselfÃ,

Thanks Joyce.  I checked back to the initial post and noticed that it had been updated with a newer version of the game.  I think I had the older version with a bug where I couldn't plant the seeds.  Playing through again with the newer version I was finally able to finish the game.

Is there any strategy to shooting the hats? Ã, I've tried at least 20 times to get to 1,000 points and each time I get around 920 points and a couple of times even 990. Ã, I guess the only thing to do is to keep trying. Ã, I have to go ice my arm now - I think it's gone numb.

So far I have 3 leaves - one from the hermit's cave, one from the castle vines, and I caught one on the windy bridge in front of the castle.  Where is the elusive fourth leaf?

What am I supposed to do with the seeds?  I assume I'm supposed to plant them so they vines will grow and I can climb into the castle, but I'm not really sure how to accomplish this as I can't seem to use the seeds anywhere

Wow, seems everyone is way ahead of me in this game and I'm still stuck quite a ways back.

So far I've only completed the one maze with the worm.  I have the piece of paper with a partial code on it (not sure what the last 3 digits are) and now I've found the secret passageway with the door.  I assume I'm supposed to punch numbers in the door somehow but I don't really understand the trick to working the buttons.  The only numbers I can seem to form are 0 and 8 - lol.

everyone seems to be alluding to a second maze or another puzzle to solve after this.  I haven't been able to find this elusive puzzle - the one with the numbers, I suppose.  Where is it? I haven't been able to leave the compound other than to ride in the tank and head to the section with the lockers.  Thanks!

I've been in the maze and the worm has picked up 8 pieces of paper - but is still saying I need more - how many do you need or is this a bug?

I had the same problem where I had all 8 pieces so I kept returning to the maze and then exiting right away again.  I did this quite a few times and then finally M said that I had all the pieces and it went to the puzzle screen where you have to fit all the pieces together.  I'm not really sure what I did to trigger that screen other than entering and exiting the maze a few times.  I have the feeling that it's a bug.

I think I'm quite far in the game but i'm not sure what to do next:

I've retrieved my items from the locker and picked up the little worm guy.  I'm just wandering back and forth from room to room and driven the tank a couple of times but I'm not sure what I can do next.

That's very sad to hear.  I have no clue the history of what's going on since I don't follow the forums normally so I can't really comment except to say that it's unfortunate that the site had to close.  :'(

I'm just wondering if anyone knows if The Crow's Nest website has been shut down or if it has been moved?  I haven't been able to access it the last couple of days.  It was a great resource for many good quality indie games.

This is my first time starting a new post so I hope this is where this message should go

How do I communicate the magic code to the girl?  As a snail I can't seem to do very much unless there is a hotspot that I'm missing.  I thought I might be able to somehow spell it out in snail slime for her on the ground or something but I can't seem to do that

Fun game so far - quite challenging. Ã, I'm a little bit confused about what to do with the tarot cards.

I found all of the pieces with the snail (a very cute and fun puzzle - very enjoyable!) and pieced them together to create the tower tarot which I assume will help me to open the door, but how exactly do I use it?

I think I need to freeze the chocolate coins in the freezer so I can give them to the pizza guy but I can't fit them in there because the ice block is in the way.  I can't activate the crusher to chop up the salt gnome.

I haven't gotten to the crypt yet, but I don't remember being able to move the torch on the left side.

Have you look through the hole in the wall to see the slot where you put the crucifix.  Have you entered the other part of the crypt to find the symbols etched into the wall?
