If you want a fighting system then I would suggest looking at how it was done in other AGS games that have one and possibly getting help from those authors.

I think you can

go back to the Fae realm and talk to the changeling to tell him you've found his swapped twin?

Spoiler
unfortunately when I talk to the changeling the only option is "Could you do something for me?" As of yet I have no idea how to show the rogue he's related to the changeling. Also is it possible to do this sidequest after chapter 5 or is it blocked after access to the fairy realm is no longer available?

Yep, that's the one.
Spoiler
You may have noticed something a little odd about the rogue. Just need to confirm that he's the changeling's other half / the fae that the changeling was switched with.

Thanks for that info! Though now I'm rather stuck on what to do next.
Spoiler
I've tried using the stone with the hole it in on the rogue as well as the changeling's comb and the flute doesn't seem to do anything either. I no longer have the iron charm either so I can't use that on him

The shipwreck by the beach in the human realm.

If you're talking about the one the rogue character lives in then I already know about that one. Or is there also another beach with a shipwreck? From what I recall there was a boat in the town docks in the previous chapters but for chapter 5 I don't see it there anymore. Can it be somewhere else and If so Is this the one I am supposed to find for the changeling kid?

In chapter 5, where is the boat?
Spoiler
Somewhere I read that there's a boat that can be used to help the kid in the fairy kingdom.

I don't get the first one.
Maybe the "Real Metal" bands are the newer ones formed after a certain date while the "Dad Rock" are the older ones formed before that date? At least that's my guess anyway.

Do multi user dungeons (MUDs) count as Text Based RPGs? I play some of those fairly frequently.

Guess I misheard, though 20 gigs is still quite large. [old man rant] Oh how I miss the good old days where programs were distributed on physical media that you could install it from instead of having everything downloaded now. [end rant]

How big is it? From what I've been told Windows 8 is over 100 gigabytes so will Windows 10 be bigger still?

I am not sure what you mean by "primitive parser support", unfortunately you speak very vaguely.
AGS itself has a built-in parser support. That's why I am interested to know, what it lacks in your opinion. Why did you have to write a module for this? What extra possibilities does this module add? Could you give an example of the problem you had that could not be solved using out-of-the-box AGS features?

Sorry, what I meant was that the module is for adding automatic parser interactions to games that don't have them. So for example you could load up a "Quest for Glory" type game and add this module, then type in "beer Homer" to use the beer object on the character Homer for example. Haven't really had any problems with the AGS parser though.

The main thing would be that for a parser game you may want to use an engine that is specifically designed for  parser games, though that may not necessarily mean that they are any easier to program. The simplest parser engine I found was "World Builder" but it was only available for the Macintosh and wasn't very powerful, in fact it may not even run on more modern Macs. So far I've only really dabbled in other engines but haven't actually done anything with them, Then I've also only 'dabbled' in AGS to, but at least with that I was able to write a module to add primitive parser support to point and click games for it.

What about a parser based Lovecraft game? Though It'd probably be difficult in AGS
Why? AGS has a native parser support.
See this for example:
http://www.adventuregamestudio.co.uk/site/games/game/1059/

Are there many other parser based games that use AGS? Trilby's notes is the first one that comes to mind, but I don't know of many others.
Rather than saying it'd be difficult in AGS I should have said that'd it may be easier in another engine that is specifically made for parser games. :-\

What about a parser based Lovecraft game? Though It'd probably be difficult in AGS you may be able to pull it off in ADRIFT or some other parser based engine.

With interactive fiction games you may be able to judge size by the total number of words used.

Quest for Glory 4 1/2 had some sex scenes in it (even a brothel!), and possibly some nudity, or women in underwear at least. It's been a long time since I played it.

Anchorhead is such a good game. I've wanted to remake it in 3D for awhile. Too complex though. I finished it in one sitting without drawing a map, seemed pretty easy. :-\

The original author was thinking about remaking and expanding Anchorhead, but I think he didn't get much farther than a partial demo. If you decide to go ahead you should probably contact him for his ideas/input.

Maybe punch the knight?
How? There is no "punch" command.

Wasn't there a "throw a punch" option that was sometimes available? Think I tried punching Hitler and his goons shot me dead. Though it might not be available all the time since we probably wouldn't want Indy punching Henry, Marcus, or Elsa.

Indy: You've called me 'Junior' once too often, old man! (Punches his dad's lights out)

Maybe punch the knight?

Edit: think I did ending 3A, It was long ago so my memory may be off - walked out and Elsa grabbed the grail, and she fell in the chasm. Does a second chasm open after the first one to kill Indy also if he grabs the grail from the first chasm?
