I like snow ;D

However, Oblivion sucked. A few side quests were pretty good, but the main quest was boring as hell. Apart from the graphics and the city's architectural designs, which were appealing to me, I didn't like it and fear that Skyrim won't be much of an improvement storytelling-wise.

Is anyone working on an entry here? If not, I choose the winner tomorrow.

Hey, that's a great song. I can't imagine how hard it must have been to arrange that oO
#464
That sounds great, Bulbapuck.

Keep 'em coming :D

@disposal: Your entry can be done in a style of your choice: just the midis, mp3s with your digital instrumentation, live recordings of yourself playing the banjo or whatever you're most accustomed to.

I'm looking for a movie, but I just can't find it.
Its plot involves some kind of nanobots (or just little robots) eating metal. They somehow destroy all the computers, and at the end, traffic lights go wild. In order to stop them, the protagonist uses the gameboy of his son, which is the last computer on earth or something, to hack into the nanobots' main system and stop them.
I'm afraid that's all I can remember. I've seen it here in Germany on TV a couple of years ago. Don't know if it's a production for television or for the movies.
I'd say it's a 90s film, maybe 1990 to 2001.

Anyone know that?

A pity that no one else entered. I've started a new one already.

Hey,

I hope there'll be more contestants than in the last one. Today, you'll have to do a musical piece that would fit into the category

underwater.

May it be Mega Shark vs. Octopod, a visit to Atlantis, scuba diving in the Caribbean, a World War II submarine mission, Cthulhu awaking or just you playing trumpet in a swimming pool, it's your choice what your piece of music will be about. The more it feels 'underwater' the better.

Entries can be submitted until November 1st.

cheers

Okay, it's not THAT twisty, but one half-ass entry is better than none, I guess ;D

How can I repair the doll? I have the pencil, but what do I need to attach it?

I've read something about going to the airport. But how do I go there? It doesn't seem to be on the map.

Thanks, guys, for all the replies :D

@SpacePirateCaine: In fact, I had to think about Red Flagg myself before I painted this. I really liked that game and the simple, yet detailed style.

@ProgZmax: That's just sooo right. Problem was that I didn't really think about what to draw when I began. As these aren't intended for a game, I didn't care about them being usable or interesting in terms of an adventure game; but, yeah, it would be better if they were. Things you want to investigate or travel to. I'll see what I can do.

I'll try to fix the issues. Thanks again :D

Yeah, Atelier, you're right. I'll rework the 'door'.

Done another one today:

0,5x

Same technique, custom brushes etc.
Trying to put a man in there, fishing, but I suck at drawing people and stuff. I'll try to figure that out.

Is anything horribly wrong? I figure the water is kind of "hm!", so I hid most of it in the fog.
The boat is still shitty and, I guess, would just drown if someone had really invented it.

Still not sure about the middle of the lake. Should there be something sticking out like a small island, a shipwreck, Nessie?

As you see, I'm trying to establish some kind of style. Any general advice would be helpful. Thanks :D

Okay, and again:

0,5x

- Added some clouds in front of the mountain.
- Lightened up the peak.
- Added some more detail in the 'backyard'-

Hm, yeah.

0,5x

Better?

Hey there, folks,

after being abstinent from creating graphics for a long time now, a few days ago I finally grabbed a pack of chips and a pot of peppermint tea and started painting again. Didn't really know what I should draw, so I started with a sky, clouds, a mountain, then came to trees, more trees and finally a hut (guess I Bob-Rossed the theme ;D). I thought that in the end this one would end up looking like shit as all my other desperate tries at painting; but after all, I kind of like the result.

It's done using custom brushes and basic colour-blocks with photo-textures for a touch up.

0,5x

As I basically just went wild with everything that I did here, I figure I've made some major mistakes in colouring, lighting, composition and so on. So I got the idea of consulting the CC. You guys (and of course you too, girls) never cease to amaze me with knowing what to do to touch things up.

Thanks :D

Okay, you can download the whole session here:

Ben Jordan Case 1 Original & Deluxe - Live Stream
Sorry for having to use a sharehoster; but otherwise my traffic limit would be reached in no time ;D

It's about 2 hours and 15 minutes long and roughly 450 MB in size.
#477
I have recorded the whole session. Uploading right now.

Does anyone of you happen to have I Have No Mouth And I Must Scream (the video game, not the book) and would sell it to me? I'd like to have it in it's original box, but wouldn't care if it looked used. Should be the uncut version (i.e. with the Nimdok chapter in it; here in Germany at least, they've taken it out). Payment via PayPal. Shipping to Germany. If anyone has it and is interested in selling it, drop me a PM. Thanks :D
#479
I have tried that, but maybe he has turned that option off. Thanks anyway :D

Does anyone of you have loominous' email address and could PM it to me? He hasn't been around for quite a while, and I need to reach him. Thanks :D

No one? Or if anyone knows who _could_ have it, please let me know :D Thanks!
