Aye, I reported it earlier. Pretty sure these two problems are connected.

What we're getting at is that

are identical. They both go to the "account settings" page.

For me, the first link sends me to my profile summary and the second link takes me to the main board index... just as (from the links' appearances) they should?  I'm very confused 

That's because you're an admin.  I created a normal user account and it looked different...

Uh, am I an admin? Because it has that same behavior for me...

The center align has been fixed.

It would also be nice if I could actually view my own profile rather than be forced to look at it in edit mode.

Versioning the entire AGS directory works, but there are bugs, which can be worked around, mostly.

It's OK, I guess, not really catchy or anything. I don't really know the whole plot you have going either so I can't really gauge the appropriate-ness.

Wasn't "This Time It's Personal" the working title for (one of) the planned official SQ7? If so I would say you should definitely change it. I think something more spoofy like other SQ titles would probably fit better.

That's cool, I of course wish you the best of luck and will try to keep an open mind about you trying to claim SQ7 status in fandom

A few comments on the content now:
Roger looks a bit more muscular than he's usually depicted, is that intended or are you working on that still? He's generally seen as a lanky janitor.
How much of the game is revisiting old locations? All of the location renders shown are from existing SQ work - while that's probably somewhat easier for you, it's potentially less interesting for players. Some of the locations make sense, I guess - but it would be nice to have more variety.
Not a big fan of the logo - not very striking/exciting, etc, but you've got time to work on that.

You are aware of the two original fangames that just came out, right - VSB and Incinerations? Your basic plot sounds a little like VSB so I'm not sure...

Also I would kind of want to suggest you avoid calling it SQ7, but that's just my opinion from being around the block on SQ fangame naming.

You're missing SQ7.org, canceled original fangame, using their own engine, and SQ -1 "Decisions of the Elders", completed original fangame using AGS. And I'm not sure where you got "Subspace Alliance" for Space Quest:Incinerations, it was Box of Mystery (run by Chris Ushko), same as MI-2.
