Ã,  Ã,  Tired of solving murders,mystery or paranormal things? If the answer is yes, this Adventure game is for you.

Ã,  Ã,  This game is combination of The Sims, Singles and Big Brother. The main purpose is to have a lover. However, as a contestor, you must stay at home and not to be eliminated to finish the game. Every weekend ( 1 game week = 20 min), 1 contestor will be winner and he/she will send someone from home. If you do nothing, probably you will be eliminated because other contestors always will be in action and they will do their best to send you from home.

Ã,  Ã,  Well, "Where is the adventure ?" i hear you ask. You have inventory and puzzles to solve (optional). if you want to be winner, you must solve all puzzles.

Ã,  Ã,  There are 10 characters and 2 of them playeble(1 boy, 1 girl). Dialogs and scenarios of playable characters are naturally different so you will be satisfied with the game length.

Ã,  Ã,  Depending on circumstances, the game may be commercial. So firstly i will release a demo version on the middle of March. if it won't be a commercial, full version will be released on June.

i just tried something about dialogs and never got result.

in global script i placed:
function dialog_request (int 1,int 2) {
1= AnimateCharacter(JIL,........);


2=Ã,  AnimateCharacter(EGO,.........);

}

and then in conversation i typed:
EGO: " Can you teach me Salsa "
JIL: " Watch me "
RunScript 1

it worked well. But, when i wanted to make second different action in same conversation, it played first aciton again. i did:

EGO:Ã,  " Can you teach me Salsa "
JIL: " Watch me "
RunScript 1
EGO: " Wov. You're really good "
JIL: " Now it's your turn "
JIL: " Try to play like me "
EGO: "Ok "
RunScript 2
JIL: " Oh my god. We really need to practise :) "

Here, when i typed RunScript 2, it played first action (runscript 1). Where did i make mistake?

  i've used (iskeypressed) command in room's repeatedly_execute section long time ago and it worked well :

// room's repeatedly execute
if (iskeypressed(377)==1)
MoveCharacter(EGO,character[EGO].x+3,character[EGO].y);

My probem is; i wanted to try this command  in room's repeatedly execute again.However, this time, my character didn't walk continuously when i press right arrow key. When i pressed right arrow key, he just kept playing walking animation but didn't move. When i stopped pressing the key, he moved 3 pixels to the right and stopped.

   Why did it not work this time? i used empty game template and version 2.62. Please help! i couldn't find the reason why?

Rapstar 1.5 is turn-based rap battle game.That's way i've put it to Non-AGS Games section.Have a good time. i hope you will enjoy it.

       Rapstar 1.5 is -as you guess-  based on hiphop.Especially i took inspiration from Eminem's movie: 8 mile. The character you controlled is Feminem  ;) He try to beat his challengers in freestyle rap battle.


       The game based on turn-based rap battle.Like Street Fighter, but we won't fight with hands, just with mouth  :)  Other example to define type of game is Monkey Kombat in Monkey Island 4. Player will push some key buttons and tries to defend or attack with rap.AI will respond player.There are still some backgrounds to design. No sound effects made so far.i could say  Rapstar 1.5
is going to be finished in 1 week

i want to get hotspot name at mouse.x and mouse.y.So i did this:
Hotspot-->Mouse moves over hotspot

int over1;
CreateTextoverlay(............);
Wait(1);
RemoveOverlay(1),

The problem is; i don't want textoverlay lost. i just want it appeared when mouse over hotspot and not disappeared.
When i don't use RemoveOverlay command, the game crashes because of exceeding max.number of overlays in screen.Where am i doing wrong?
are there any other ways to show hotspot name at mouse.x,mouse.y?

i want to make a computer screen in my game that should initially ask for password and proceed if it's true.how can i make that screen.is it about GUI?i want to start from the begining.please help me to create my screen and rest. i want something like this:
- opening screen ask for password
- next menu with analyzer,encrypter,e-mail,...(like in the gabriel knight 3)
as a result, i want to make exactly computer in the game. Please send me the right script for it

i searched whole website and couldnt find anything. How can i create my own characters? which program does it? where can i find the character creating program?
