Surely there's also an option of the developers themselves getting the well-deserved money and thus self-funding their serious and noble goal of indie game making just like it happens in Humble Indie Bundle?

I can't believe Jensen hangs about with you guys, after you were drooling all over Roberta in everlasting fanboy/girl love in your credits screens and didn't mention her at all even though she helped make KQ6 - your biggest influence from the whole series and for a good reason - as good as it is. Jensen must have heart of gold.
Or maybe you did think of mentioning her in some of later episodes, I don't know, I got bored out of my pants before that. If you did after all, I sort of apologize and stand corrected!

Emily Enough - a story about a girl who murdered her parents
McCarthy Chronicles: ep. 1 - a supernatural detective game. WARNING: very cheesy  :=

Shades of Greye - a non-adventure game about monsters in a small town

A G-G-Ghost! - an outright parody of horror, very silly, but yet so brilliant I simply can't omit it

Additionally you may take a look at other things tagged "horror" on AGS Archives

I await this with interest. Looks very cozy.

Okay, seriously what are you asking to lock the thread and ban Icey for when what he has made is almost a direct straightforward literal remake of original OSD game made by Ben? Obviously and surely, however you look at it it's not that much worse than the original. The original wasn't locked, and Ben wasn't banned. Obviously and surely that is unfair? I completely fail to see what rules did Icey break by doing absolutely the same thing. CalinLeafshade's thread wasn't locked either when he posted the game called Life  that had just as much gameplay, sense and completeness as this.

Also, should I even point out that trying to act as a moderator is directly discouraged in the forum's posting guidelines?

Isn't it obvious that it was abandoned?
Not if you're as optimistic as Snarky!

Ooo, I love the palette.

Well. Once Grundislav has made a game about a man-whore. A great, fun game, mind.  And now he's making another one with the very same premise. Oh boy, personally I'm simply overjoyed!
#489
Needless to say, this sounds intriguing. Don't screw up such an interesting premise! ;)

Why are we not relentlessly mocking this?
Mocking an oceanspirit dennis game is like oceanspiriting in an ocean of oceanspirits.

That looks very pleasing. Hope you work everything out and finish it soon. :)

Lovely graphics. Is there any winning condition at all? The battle seems endless.

Oh man, I'm so so so in love with your video. It charmed the hell outta me. :') I'd totally support you if I wasn't so broke.

And I mean, I'd support your project even though I do agree with Hitler.

I'd like to ask you, wise AGS folks, the following question: would it be illegal to recreate a scene from a movie in a miniature scene (made out of physical materials and figurines) and sell it, without explicit consent of the movie creators?
If so, are there good ways to escape illegalness, for example by omitting names and altering copyrightable elements without ruining the whole purpose of the idea and thus its potential appeal?

All input on this is very appreciated!
#496
That certainly looks intriguing.

Whoa whoa, where's the hide tag? :/ The pants-removing feature was supposed to be a surprise for players, no need to spoil it to those who haven't played it yet.

Hurp durp, update the thread, maybe? Even indiegames.com and RPS have caught up!

Alright, here's an important warning to everybody who dares to play this:

Don't put the volume even close to the level that can be considered loud!

There're two reasons for this:
1. My music here is quite terrible (but very fitting)
2. for some strange reason AGS overdrives/mangles/??? the mp3 in the game and turns one mildly annoying sound in the music track into horrible deafening digital screeching, which despite what you may think wasn't intended at all.  You may listen to the original track to confirm that i didn't intend THAT level of torture to your ears. http://lazyandsleepy.org/music/Teh%20Wisdom%20of%20Oceanspirit%20Dennis.mp3 Also Ben claims that he didn't encounter that issue which is strange.

You've been warned.

Thank you for your attention. Be vigilant!

Oh, it's been fixed. Nevermind, it's perfect!

although Wozniak is every bit the corrupt corporatist Jobs was
I'd like some source on this please? No, not because I want you to prove what you've said, I'm genuinely curious about the statement and the grounds you've made it on.
