Man, Australia is number one on my list of places I wanted to go to. Seriously.
I think it's because of the accent.
Can't resist... Australian... females...
The plane ticket would cost me a year of rent most likely, so there may be issues there.

General Discussion / Re: Are YOU in a band?

I'm in a retrogressive onemancore industrometal band. We have six albums, but I lost the recordings so now I have to redo them and release them as remasters, even though they haven't been released yet at all, but that's ok, since remasters are instantly better than the originals anyways.

I am really cheesed that I missed this.
I vow to be independently wealthy by next year so we can all have Mittens on my private island.

edit: That picture is bonerific.

QuoteWhat they remind you of, eh? Hmmm... If that's the case, I wonder what they could look like...

In retrospect, not such a hot idea once the authorities track me down. Poobungies.

See, I have a few tattoos and my ears pierced, but I don't look at it as a form of expression at all.
Firstly, I totally admit that I got my ears done for the look. Whatever.
The tattoos are a different story. Each one represents something personal to me. An important time in my life, for example. The content isn't important, it's what it reminds me of.
I didn't get them to show them off, and actually, it's a little awkward when people ask about them, just because people don't really get it when I explain it like that.

And yet... no earrings.
Unconventional.

Do people actually own the Ngage? I don't think I've ever seen one other than at EB Games.

It's in better condition, but your moped looks like an actual motorcycle, which adds 2 to your total coolness score.
Also, it looks like a dirtbike, and it looks like you use it in dirt, so add another point.
On top of it all, it reminds me of that bike John Connor rides in Terminator 2.
+1.
You are at least 4 points cooler than me.

Take into account that all of my friends have actual cars, and I lose more points.
However, I do have my own apartment, so that helps my score.

While I'm not sold on scooters being babe magnets, I am totally sold on Fonzing myself out, which in itself is a major cool way to attract girls, daddy-o.
Aaaaaaay.

I'm pretty sure it's just a cartoon.

Well, as far as I can tell, the only requirement with this is that you have a link on the main site back to their homepage.
One thing to keep in mind is that since the business model for these companies is piss poor, they tend to go under pretty quick, so you have to be prepared for that probability.
Also, they don't offer hosting, which is really where most of the expense comes from anyway.
You can register a domain for 10-12$usd/year, which even a poor slob like me can afford.

Hey all.
Well, I finally got fed up of the bus, so I broke down and bought myself a small scooter to get around with, not being able to afford insurance/repairs/gas on a car.
So, I want to have some fun with this thing.
Anyone have any suggestions?

When I tried to make an account, I got a popup asking for a username and password, which I couldn't guess.  :-\

The campfire is a nice touch.

Also, I am retarded and can't get past the part with the remote.

I am lame.

Rode Quest 2 was made entirely through VPC on the mac I used to use at my old job, since that job was a joke and I had nothing to do after 11:00am every day.

Personally, I can't justify pre-ordering a 60$(+) game that isn't even done yet, just based on some movies I saw online and some hype built up by a marketing team.
But aparently a lot of people can.
Wierd.

Remove the n00b who has clearly not even played RLBAT!

You'd be surprised at how well the development of that game is going.

PS: They wanted to do a bigger piece on the game, but they asked like, ten minutes before the deadline, so appropriate material couldn't be provided.

Woot on me for being the 'inside' man.
