What's the schedule like?
Can we like, not be full-time but still submit stuff?

I have the new Prince of Persia.
It's stunning.
A bit short from what I can tell, but still, you need to give it a go, really.

I'm with CJ except my version would be no gifts and everyone shuts up for the day. And nude women.

The new Prince of Persia is excellent.

They killed them to make way for a new wave of toys and crap to sell to kids, not realising there would be permanent psychological damage as a result.
#286
Sell them, but pour fake blood into the package before you send them. See if anyone says anything.

I nominate AGS for best nude scene.

And then I masturbate furiously to it.

I thought you were talking about that dude over at Indy Project.
Phew.

I got a special surprise today.
In a desperate attempt to complete my SQ3 set, I went and bid on another copy.
I got it today.
I'm 99% sure that it's factory sealed. There's still a Radio Shack price tag on it for $69.95. It's in mint condition other than one small dent on the bottom of the sleeve, and the shrinkwrap isn't one of those crappy homemade jobs.
Insane. How could anyone have a game lying around for 14 years without ever opening it?
I am happy.

It was my birthday too, but I didn't want to steal any of Quickstrikes thunder.
Also, one you pass 21, birthdays just aren't the same anymore.

I do, and I use this.

I read the first three like ten years ago, then waited and waited and waited and waited for the next one, then I stopped caring, then it came out, and then I didn't get it because I figured I'd have to read the first three again since it had been so damn long.
Dammit.

I once tied a bus to a bench.

Quotethose CD distributors don't care a schnitz

Yeah, but imagine buying a game and the first thing you see when you load it up is something along the lines of "This game is freely available for download at XXX.HU.EO.WOO. If you paid for it, then someone just stole from you."
I'd be annoyed.

Thanks everybody.

It was all worth it, because it raised Phil from the grave. Yay robbers!

Moods -> I bought the Indy DVDs a few days later. They ARE my collection now.

Up here there's a chain of movie theates called 'Guzzo Theaters' that got popular a few years ago.

People still think they're being funny when they ask me for free tickets.
#298
They did edit out the glass.

Finally an edit that doesn't irk me.

Han shot first and all that...

Got my original SQ box today. It's in moderately ok shape. About what I expected.
The big news is that in the box was... The Droids R Us coupon! The one before Toys R Us forced them to change it to Droids B Us!

* rodekill thrusts towards nothing in particular.

PS: That's a sweet shirt Remixor. I'd like to get a good closeup of that graphic and redraw it in vectors.

General Discussion / Re:Phil Reed's new CD

I somehow got a copy of Chickentrain months ago and feel the need to listen to it every day.
It was a big hit over at the pmind forums.

Phil Reed... where are you? Where is my signed copy of your book, Green Eggs and Ham?
