I like the shadow under the hanging cupboard. if you like this pixelstyle I'd pixel every shadow in that pixely dark overlay.
Or if you really want to use soft brushes use your already set lightsources.

this opens up even more questions:

when typing ... in ms word, the word program itself turns it into one single ms word specific special character, when you copy+paste it from word AGS doesn't know this character. Retyping it should do the trick.

jfyi, afaik cCharacter.Say("..."); doesn't display anything at all, but a blocking pause happens ingame.

why no completed games announcement thread?
Just 'completed' it by saying I have no idea. I thought I could further investigate when choosing this option but it was all over after this, that was a letdown as my 'conclusion' didn't change anything at all. But maybe this is also intended as nothing matters in this dark future world. All in all very linear and no puzzles at all. gfx are okayish, the music is cool.
