Super can convert everything to everything, movies to just audio, movies to gif, and wav to everything else. As it is a all in one solution it is not as specialised as some convertXtoY tool with custom matrixes (but avisynth scripts) and the gifs it renders also could be better and more optimised, but it still does the job it is supposed to do pretty well. But finding the download link is an adventure on itself, afaik it depends on referers so I can't post a direct download link...
Also VLC can convert audioformats.

It's all based on Sierra games, so you either ask them or, as AGS has been using these for years and noone cared, you stop worrying about some pixely mousecursors. This is no binding legal advise
