blender can import .obj files. You might need to search around for plugins for lightsources, or it was for renderers, but it can't get freeer than that...

I think the hourglass is quite selfexplanatory and we will see it explain itself over the course of this day anyways and it will fill even faster when we waste a move on it. But then, tomorrow is another day too ;)

Almost, except few deprecated commands. Check "Upgrading to AGS 3.3" in the manual.

Importing a 3.2.1 game into 3.3.0 is as easy as opening the project in the new editor and confirming that it was made with an older version? How does oldstyle audioscripting import?
