Ghost is right. These puffy ears can only mean he is a hooded bear and brings us black honey. Which we can either use to poison our enemies (or ourself if we want to) or this is a gift from our enemies (after 1 day on the throne already?) and accepting the gift brings bad luck over the whole kingdom. Or it is really delicious with pancakes!
So yeah...

I'd like to help but as a non native speaker myself I make enough errors myself.
Why not paste it all to a wiki and grab the most current version with some code magic every time a new built is released. But as this open up ways to destroy stuff there should be some editing restrictions on the wiki (not neccesarily the main AGS wiki).
as crimson wizard pointed me here I thought about what would be ideal, I have no idea how much of this is reasonable ;)
the best thing would be to have the documentation on the ags wiki where everyone can easily add stuff and correct errors and grab the most recent version of this for the newest built of AGS ;-D
but as this is still the internet where the wild things are and people can just make accounts for nada and 'edit' articles it would be bestest to have some kind of postcount limit or so to edit the documentation files that are delivered with the newest official built of AGS. I don't like having to apply to add to the wiki as this will totally oppose the wiki idea and keep involved people from spontaneously editing stuff. And having all the help files displayed on the AGS wiki anyways (without edititing options for just everyone) is still in scope of my cautious bestest idea.

well, from your closing words I suck at BCTing by giving feedback in advance and now commenting on my own comment...

best word creation from this podcast: mindblinking, or was it mindblanking? Anyways, funny and enjoyable podcast with good themes and explanations to it. And I made it though it without falling asleep ;)

nah, this is too much, imho if you think that you didn't violate one of the few mags rules, especially
QuoteYou are not allowed to use material already created before this competition. Your game must be completely new! Music and sound is an exception;
then it should be fine.
#2652
Did you really repaint or overpaint these backgrounds or did you just overlay a colorful layer in a blending mode and said artwork done?
If it was just the second point I think this is not what MAGS is about (except when the theme is copy+paste your own adventure...), as much as I like Dakota and also having it tested and all...

for my tastes he doesn't look cliche enough ;)

what dkh said. I switched from imageshack to imgur 3-4 years ago and didn't regret it a single day!

Cool Idea! I doubt anyone here will be mad at you or so, but maybe nintendo will be ;)

But your ripped pixel art looks way too blurry, there are artifacts and no crips borders in them. Any chance that you saved them as jpg one time in the process of ripping them?

Awesome! Too bad this is not animated ;)

Now I'd like to talk to the herbalist, we could grow some stuff in the garden and sell it later ;)

After that we should try to find a royal wizard that can make good use of the herbs and weeds and can do other fine tricks.

I have a total of 12 mouse cursors in addition to the standard ones.

It is probably good coding practise to get this working, but from a players point of view I have to say I hate cycling through 3-4 mousemodes already. If you have some kind of lucas arts verb interface that is always visible to select the mousemodes or a verbcoinlike interface that could still work without annoying the player. Or add some keyboard shotcuts to quickly change mousemodes. Just my 2cents...

I refreshed an autosave. But as you know I was only at the doorlock so I just replayed up to there ;)

We found a last minute "bug" it's not game crashing so it's safe to play the current version, but we have fixed the issue and I'll be re-uploading the file now in the next 5 minutes!

I've seen that and I tried
