also disable debug mode ;)

then use the  cCharacter.x = 123; for 2).

for 3) just change the room like you always do and in the room_Load() of the new room change the view again.

yes, this is possible,
1)give the character no animation frames in the view and then just use the walk command from the tutorials to move him there when the hotspot is clicked. he moves with only one single frame shown, like a spaceship or so.
2)to change the sprite you need another view with this sprite and then call cCharacter.ChangeView(#); and Wait(60); for the 1,5 seconds (at 40fps)
you could also animate the character with the second view and set the delay there, but I prefer the wait command as you can then change everything in the script without having to open the view window.
3) do you mean teleportation, instant movement to a specfic location with transition? just use the cCharacter.x = numericalvalueofroomcoordinates; and cCharacter.y = #; for this. If you mean something else with transition please explain.

try adding an extra pixel to M and W like you did for the E.
for the 8 two alternating zig zag pixels with a width of 4 could do

btw, no matter if it's easy to confuse it with the d or the b, I draw my 6 the other way round ;)

Excellent! Everything proceeds as planned. *rubs hands* I figured some cool guy will teach me these opacity shortcuts if I sound desperate enough, thanks guys :D
and yeah, v and space are also really handy! Also useful is m for the marquee tool or ctrl+click on layer to paint within some boundaries. We should just have a 'useful shortcuts for paint programs' sticky thread in an appropriate forum. Maybe even with shortcuts for mac users :P
#3313
when painting with PS and tablet I mainly use the shortcuts b for brush, alt for color picker, ctrl+n for a new layer and e for eraser. Sometimes undo. I wish I could change the opacity with a shortcut.
and yes, I'm also painting something, but I don't know if I finish it in time.

Tekken Tag Tournament is all tekken you need as it has all the characters from tekken 3 (and 2 and 1) and us fun. Though I miss Tekken Ball, but Bowling is okay.

SotC and Ico are really great, can't go wrong with jak and daxter and ratchet + clank. Metal Gear Solid 2+3 is also great, and if you like big stories and leveling up get Final Fantasy X and XII.

Silent Hill 2 is the best and most atmospheric in the series, SH3 is also good.

All the GTAs have their moments though Vice City is really the best, the 80ies vibe is soo on spot and they put so many funny things in. Just driving around listening top the 80s music and the 2 talkradios is great, who cares if you run over pedestrians and cops while doing so :D

Timesplitters 2 is also in my collection, as is 3, but 2 is better. a lot. And from the same developer comes Second Sight, a really cool and not so well known action game.

If you like electronic music, get REZ! <3 this game.

Rumble Racing is the Mario Kart of the PS2. There is also a Micro Machines game, it's fun but could have been better. And also gran tourismo, burnout, need for speed for racing games if you're into that.

Tony Hawks 3+4 and ssx tricky are fun sports games.

Monkey Island 4 is also playable on PS2, though the game sucks in general and the controls on PS2 are strange. Syberia is another adventure on PS2.
