I have lots of papers with even more sketches, some words and lots of arrows on it. But once I start drawing out the sketches or writing lines of dialoge or even advancing the story while coding these papers are rough frameworks, it's all in the flow.
Do you have a link to the GF design docs? Would be helpful for this thread.

and no US forces involved? This sounds too good to be true for the country :P
And what I've red, the gouvernment of uganda is also quite the terrorregime, but a bit more official than a warlord hiding in the jungle.

sound useful and quite obvious, duh. Thanks a lot Khris, gonna look into this... :D

So I want the character to behave different on mouseclick on an object depending on where the character is standing related to an object.
Using walkable areas is an idea, but the walkable areas are already used for scaling and even view change. This will make it too complicated and is the worst solution.
Just calculating on cEgo.x & cEgo.y would be an option but is rather complicated as the shapes of the different areas where the different behaviour should happen are with diagonal borders.
So I thought using hotspots as areas with Hotspot.GetAtScreenXY(cEgo.x, cEgo.y) but then the @overhotspot@ always wants to display something when hovering the mouse over the hotspot. I have a gui showing the @overhotspot@ with a bg and this is always displayed when over hotspot, even when it is empty. But when setting hHotspot.Enabled=false the gui doesn't pop up but I can't check for GetAtScreen.

So I'm rather clueless now...

oh there are keycards >_>
and there i thought the sbay has a fingerprint scanner. So I guess we won't need the thumbs by now. But if we throw them away a fingerprintscanner will appear elsewhere inside the sbay :P

darius, your ideas are really great, just an idea for your small pixel artworks: the molotov should be burning imho and why not use a foetus on the left panel of your first one to symbolize birth death and life.

and here are 2(two) Pacmans fighting over the last powerpellet :D

like khris already suggested my first thought also was: use pngs for screenshots and not low quality jpgs. This just looks ugly.

absolutely do it. 80$/y is way too much.
if you use relative links and no absolute links on your webstuff it should be no problem at all. When you use absolute links you have to adjust them to point to the corrects pages and that your files are embedded from the correct address.

wow, trippy as hell :D

but not all are typos, if you listen close enough you will find out, that the speaker pronounces death as it is written, deth.

why not bind the nominations to a forum account (perhaps anonymised if preferred) and make it possible to nominate in sessions and even remove nominations rather than nominating out of hundreds of games all at once. Okay, too late for this year and good thing it is possible to nominate at all but an idea for next year.
