To conclude this, what will be the best approach in your opinion?
Make sure the character's feet touch the bottom edge of each frame, or to minimize the walkable area as much as possible like I did until now?
both ;) :)

imho flags are easier to understand and more international (I'm watching the french open atm and had to look up some of the english language 3-letter short forms of some countries they display). Also they look better. The language code can still be displayed in a hover text with the html title="ENG / DE" tag within the image tag.

I am not really into 3D editing, but these are questions that come to mind. Your program looks like a fun educational project, but it's practical uses are not obvious.
thought the same :)

Secondly, if simulating dropping objects is all that it does, why standalone tool and not a plugin to one of the popular 3D editors?
blender has some markets for addons and plugins. though open source is cooler! Cell fracture rocks!

I played it and I love that main character. Though a faster walking speed would be nice.
The music adds a lot to the game, glad you added it. Some 2 more animation frames for the sideview would look better imho, and maybe less exaggerated leg movements and it's a walkcycle :)

cool beans CW! Now just link it from some imporant places.

for the css...

<table style="text-shadow:  0px 0px 3px #5ca3e5, 0px 0px 7px #d1e8fa;" width="100%" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="2" bgcolor="#deedff">

helps for the headline. the buttons could need some css style too ;)
edit: the textshadow would better fit only on the headline, otherwise the buttons get the textshadow too, but the table bg color fits...

Quoteselmiak, I love what you did with pinback's (already awesome indeed) background. This is an absolutely AMAZING effect.
Yep, it looks better and better. I'm curious to know how you did that Selmiak.

glad you like it Creamy :)
So basically I collected all the pollen outside my window and threw them up in the air, sneezed and this swirled them, then I made the clouds drunk so they turn uncontrallably... 8-)

yeah, grab a track from eric matyas or search for "royalty free" (music) on soundcloud, listen to some tracks until you find a fitting one and add this. this would be way cooler than a silent game.

@Kastchey: Thanks. But now my teammates want me to do this to all backgrounds 8-0

I tried playing For a Brief Flicker! but this slows my machine down so much it's still playable but no fun to play :P
did you write your own unity adventure engine for this?
#460
I didn't enter as Hobo is to conscious about quality ;)

But I made a longplay of a unity game  8-0
